Redeeming the voucher could be an easier process. Had to spend some time identifying the Order Number as wasn't easily noticeable on correspondence.

No nothing!
2 weeks after ordering still haven't received notification of my order, baring in mind I needed a replacement asap.
Luckily paid using pay pal even they can't get a response!
Beware, avoid if possible.

I nevInvasion of privacy.er asked to join
I never asked to join. Emailed offers appear daily. I have no intention of buying anything. The daily barrage of offers is an invasion of my privacy and I find it annoying. I have tried emailing to ask them to delete me name from their distribution list but the messages bounce back undeliverable. There does not appear to be any way I could speak to a human. Outfits like this should be banned by the regulator.
