Canceled subscription to be charged for 9 more months. When I logged in it told me account was inactive, I sent an email to their support for a refund since it’s showing inactive I should never have been charged. They told me “ they just deactivated” the account ( so why was it showing deactive an hour before my email) I’m convinced this is fraud and will be fighting the charges. Please do not use this platform.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They have zero seller service. Be aware that you will never be able to get them to stop using your shop name to drive traffic to their website. They lie about the number of sellers they have because they keep shops active even after sellers cancel. The company is a complete mess, and I wish I never opened a shop with these scammers.

I am really confused how this platform still has any customers.I bought the thrive subscription for 5 a month because I wanted to try a different platform to sell since I had no luck on etsy.So far,I can't even get into the account I paid for.I have searched the webpage for any contact info for customer service yet when I try to email them from the address they email me from,it goes unanswered.I literally cannot get in touch with anyone regarding my account.There is no phone number,just an email address that no one ever answers to.I am convinced the platform is a scam.How can a legit buisness not have customer service?I got charged but I'm getting nothing from it.I will be canceling my subscription and warning everyone I know who's thinking of signing up with them,whoever is running the platform,are charlatans.

If possible, I would give them 0 stars.
I started my account with GoImagine in October, 2024. There has been absolutely no support. There is no phone nor chat to get help, so I sent four emails. None of them were answered. I cancelled my account, within a month. I have been receiving texts from them, saying I'm still receiving messages, and to log on to my seller dashboard. I'm very disappointed, as I was really hoping they were the company they claimed to be. The YouTube videos are not truthful, in any way. There still is no support, at all. DO YOUR RESEARCH, before signing with them.

Horrible customer service since I started in Oct. 2024. Scammers keep going after my site and I have just sent my 8th email but nobody helps you; no phone number either. No sales, I don't even know if the site works. I just downloaded my inventory and am search for another site and they just raised their prices to boot.

I like the concept of helping children with their proceeds...that is a given. But, I signed up for some months now and have not had any traffic to me site except for my own clicks. There has been no inquiries from customers and absolutely no sales, period. I asked them why and what is goin on and they came back with some word garbage about Colorado having a full name, etc, ? What a BS excuse on their part. I want no more to do with them. This site has not done anything for me as far as revenue.

Got roped in providing all the personal details as a handmade seller until the last step it asks to be handmade in the USA. But in the registration form above that there are still other countries details, including phone, emails, shop names and social media details. It means they deliberately collect personal data without being clear from the start that the place is only for USA sellers.

I respect GOIMAGINE for bing a non profit and for what they do, just not what they did to me. We have a seed shop onGO Etsy with close to 800 items. I was vetted through GOIMAGINE, told them what we did, and that we grew alot of our heirloom seed varieties ourselves. We hand count and bag everything by hand. I did design the envelope artwork for our packaging as well. After spending countless hours updating our listings, GOIMAGINE shut me down and stated " I wasn't allowed to sell seeds unless it was seed paper or seed bombs" I'm having trouble understanding since counting seeds and putting them inside paper envelopes is very similar to putting seeds inside seed paper. They're both seeds going into paper. I would argue the amount of handmade labor is actually more than creating seed paper. I wasted 2 months of my subscription for nothing. I really wanted to leave Etsy and I had 100% faith in this company, but not anymore.

I signed up for the mosaic plan, $10 @ mo. After 1 week I cancelled. Not because of lack of traffic- I'm aware it's a new site and I was willing to " grow " with Go Imagine. With the Mosaic, I was able to point my domain and utilize a Mosaic website along with the GO Imagine marketplace. But here is the problem and why I left and chose not to waste my time & money:
The marketplace site is just OK in regard to listing products for sellers & navigation menu for buyers could be better. I found it frustrating.
But my goal was to utilize my domain. The Mosaic website lay out, navigation menu does not have a home page, back button or return to top or anyway to return to all the products. It froze many times while trying to make changes to listings. The navigation menu left alot to be desired. The bounce rate in comparsion to other marketplaces is high... I suspect because of this. The bounce rate info was found thru a Google search on go imagine bounce rate. My banner at the top of the Mosaic site was so small it was unappealing. I had a family member try and navigate thru a hot mess; needless to say she found it difficult.
As far as this portion of Mosaic, utilizing what they call " your private website" when you point a domain there; there are no files, no back end or C panel. Any SEO, organic or paid traffic has to be done by you. So the Mosaic plan essentially does NOT offer a website by any stretch of the imagination.
I suppose if you are looking for another marketplace to cross list too, have under 50 products this would be OK. But even the marketplace portion of go imagine for seller shops does not advertise on Google or other search engines... at least I saw none. Only ads to join Go Imagine.
Customer service for sellers was nice- the FB group is genuinely helpful. But didn't make enough of a difference to me to stick around for $10 @ mo.

I'm a seller and buyer on Goimagine, and my experience has been that they're far more responsive than any other platform. Since they're small and don't have any plans on going public, they're able to handle things without being beholden to stockholders, and that means that they don't need to bend the rules about handmade in order to grow at any cost. I've had sales by sending my own traffic to my shop, and from the ads that they are running on social media. The additional benefits are that having a Goimagine shop also gives me more visibility in Google search results, which is invaluable for a small business. I know that people complain that Goimagine doesn't have the same traffic as the largest marketplaces, but then they also complain about the large marketplaces and how impersonal they are. Every marketplace has pros and cons but Goimagine has a lot of potential, and it's working for me.

I am a maker/seller on the goimagine platform. I absolutely love their support, their focus on truly handmade, and their giving back to children in need. However, I have only gotten 2 or 3 organic sales in a couple years. 99% of sales are me bringing my own customers to the platform. They really have a great thing going, but I've seen very little change in the last few years as far as sales increasing except from my own growth. I've been featured on several events (meet the maker, location based promotions, even won a challenge) but none of this brought any more traffic or sales. Are they trying? Yes, but is it working? No. Overall, great platform and customer service, but a lack of organic traffic and sales is why I just can't give five stars.

Site owner made things right (sent me my file plus offered $15.00 credit).

There is supposedly a Stripe option to pay but that wasn't available when I purchased. Confirmation of purchase was slow and Seller never responded to my message.

I thank the site for making my bad experience better. Guess I'll just avoid further purchases from Abby Farmer Creations. Thank you, to Jonathon Lincoln

I am a buyer/seller on goimagine, I love the fast responses from real people when I have a question. It's easy to use and I am happy to be on a platform that donates profits to childrens charities.

I dedicated so much time and energy to Goimage and it was a total waste of time! They talk the talk and on Facebook have a great cheerleader squad but nothing but talk and promises. I have been on there for 2 years and have had 4 small sales. On Etsy we do anywhere from 12 to 30 sales per day, Ebay 2 to 6 sales per day. My website has 4000 to 5000 visitors per day. Go imagine in September had 4100 to 4400 visitors per day. My website has more visitors then the entire Goimage platform and you know that 99% of the 4000 visits they receive are their sellers! Do not take my work, go to SEMRUSH and you can verify these numbers yourself. I have never seen a single Goimagine ad. They want you to bring your own business. WHY, I bring my own business to my own website, not to them to then pay fees. I am done with Goimagine.

The seller interface is easy to use, the page layout is very attractive and the mission is fantastic. Happy to be a new part of the family !

I’m a seller/buyer on Goimagine marketplace. The set up of my store was very easy. I love that Goimagine has stayed loyal to actual artist and creators since other marketplaces have allowed mass produced products from China to be sold. When I’ve needed assistance from Customer Service they’ve been more than helpful and kind.

I have my own website on Goimagine, and it is very affordable to do so. Customer service has always been top notch when needed. I ABSOLUTELY love their mission and I truly feel they will go far. I love shopping on Goimagine, they have so many talented makers.

As a seller on this platform, I can’t say enough good things about the site itself, the people behind the scenes, and their mission. It’s so much better knowing profits for the site are going to help children in need instead of paying for some CEOs private jet !
