We have nothing nice to say about GoKarts USA. We had a terrible experience losing over $125. We were told we could return parts (via an email that I have). After I paid shipping to return the parts, our account was credited $30!! Tried and tried to talk to someone about this. Got no where!

Bought my son a small voodoo kid go kart.After paying $1450.00 and atleast 4 hours putting this thing together I’m stuck on hooking up the throttle because there’s no throttle mount on the motor.Called to speak with an customer service rep. and got nowhere explaining my problem.The back bumper mount does not line up with holes due to bad welding.The clutch did not come with a mounting bolt.After spending a total of 16-$1700.00 after purchasing motor from harbor freight this thing is China made junk.Could have purchased a nice used local name brand 4 wheeler for my kid.Buyers beware!Oh yeah I have been around go karts all my life and know how to maintenance them.No instructions booklet nor online only for the adult go kart which is totally different from the kids voodoo.

The prices of the extra parts you can find here are really good. I highly recommend buying here if you're looking for quality and affordability. I've bought here countless times already without breaking the bank.

The spare parts here are on a different level! Easily some of the best quality spare parts I've ever purchased. I'm not sure, but it's almost like they're better than the original parts.

Outstanding Service!!! They spent an hour chatting with me to find a part for a newly released model from Trailmaster. You will not find anyone with these parts that will help you as they do here. Outstanding experience!! I Will be back for sure.

I can't recommend this store enough. As a beginner myself, it was quite easy to buy a kart. A lot of information about the karts is available and the customer support team is very responsive. Good place for newbies looking to buy their first GoKart.

If you decide on buying replacement parts here, I'm pretty sure you won't regret it! Every single item I've bought here has been amazing in terms of quality and value.

WAITED 6 MONTHS BEING TOLD IT WOULD BE HERE 3 SEPARATE TIMES. EACH TIME, NO NEWS. THEN WHEN CART SHOWS UP IT HAS COUPLE ISSUES, THE FUEL JUST QUITS, BUT AFTER BLOWING OUT THE LINE THE GAS RUNS OUT GREAT. HOOK IT BACK UP CART RUNS GREAT THEN IT DOES IT AGAIN. AND AFTER DRIVING LESS THEN ONE HALF MILE THE REAR BRAKE STARTS AN EAR PIERCING .SQUEALING. WHEN I CALL TO SEE IF SOMEONE COULD TELL ME HOW THE FITTING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK FUNCTIONS ALL I GOT IS (THAT'S PART OF THE SET UP) NO CLUE.... OBVIOUSLY SO GETTING INFORMATION ON THE SQUEALING BRAKES SAME ANSWER......NO SHOP MANUAL AVAILABLE. I HAVE WORKED ON EVERYTHING FROM 1100 HP SNOW BLOWERS TO CHAIN SAWS AND BUILT MY OWN HOT ROD FROM THE FRAME UP TILL I RETIRED. THE SECOND PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS INSULTING. HE WAS CLUELESS BUT SAID ANY MECHANIC WOULD KNOW AND I SHOULD TAKE IT 60 MILES AWAY. I'm sorry but I lost it with the guy. So don't count on any help other then the owner's manual, nice cart I am sure it will be fine after I replace or repair the offending parts. WOULD I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN NOT ON YOUR LIFE!

Poor customer service
-Will not verbally speak to customers
-Slow to reply to customer via email
-Lead time is outrageous (16 weeks to receive my kart)
- go cart had issues right out of the crate
- tried to call for help no answer

I've purchased a go-kart here, and to be fair, they really feel like they were made to last. One of the more sturdy karts I've tried in the past. Will definitely recommend it!

There very bad these people stole my money and act like they sent it bad in reality I called my bank and they say there are no refunds to my account .. and now I flash on them and they don’t want talk off course yall stole my money I’m gonna catch up with them

I really love the gokarts you can find here! Absolutely no complaints from me in terms of quality. Using them even for the first time, you can really feel the quality and be confident that they will last a long time

The replacement parts here are really nice. One of the best places in my opinion. If you're looking for high-quality replacement parts, then I'm telling you, this is the best place.

5-star service! The website, with all the pictures and information about the go-karts, really makes you feel like you're buying them in a retail store. I was very happy when I finally received my kart because it exactly fits the description.

The prices are good. Lots of amazing deals can be found in this store. I've purchased two karts already, along with a few replacement parts, and trust me, you're really getting your money's worth!

Do not order from this company. If you ever need any assistance after purchase you will not be able to speak with a human. Go kart came with broken lights, contacted customer service (through text, only way to communicate with them) and they push you off to manufacturer who cannot speak English. Please go to your local Go-kart dealer to make a purchase. Even if the price tag is higher, you won’t pay $300 for shipping and no customer service.
