Joseph was very professional and friendly in his explanation of all areas of your terms and conditions with the policy and easy to understand. He knowledge was outstanding, I worked in the industry for 10+ years before I retired and as I said to him after he finishes reading one area of the policy that I felt like I was reading one of the PDFs we used back then. Excellent.
