6 weeks ago I tried to withdraw winnings of 1500 not anticipating any issues due to the previous levels of service how wrong could I have been it’s now been 6 weeks since my request which still shows as in progress I have contacted them endlessly and firstly always get either Fiona or Chloe on the chat I would add that they also answer the chat on iwin which I’ve been chasing my winnings for over 3 months
Each response is the same , the transaction is being checked as part of there standard security check and will be processed between 7 - 21 working days
How they appreciate my patience and they will email the finance dept and update me
Needless to say nothing ever happens even when I told them I will be submitting a review which I would happily retract should they issue my winnings
I highly doubt my review will see me issued with my winnings but one never knows
