Not what I signed up for. Lots of talk. The website is convoluted and set-up to look good but has no functionality. As soon as I mentioned withdraw suddenly my password didn't work. $250US lost. Lesson learnt.

This is a SCAM be warned.They will write their own favourable reviews to outnumber the Bad .If you see this BE WARNED SCAM .Once you deposit money to their supposed Ai trading you will be instantly contacted by a Scam Manager whose job it is to upsell and get more of your trust to invest more .You see you'll never get your funds back ,Read the fine print says you need to be verified and if not a 20% tax is with held but its all BS ..to verify you nedd to produce id passport drivers lic ect .Of course they tell you this after they got your money first.Then they'll later say theres lots of money in your account ,they want to refund to you but they won't accept a bank account to send it to ,they want to access your computer via anydesk to what they say id you,really have access to your banking acconnts and personal details for resale of identity theft or apps that will allow access to your accounts .PLEASE IF YOUR READING THIS TAKE HEEED GOLDHALE IS A SCAM,they have BS ABN say they are regwith asic ,all in other co names .The only head office listed in very fine print you,ll find doesn't answer . You will be given a personal mobile no of a scam manager ,they start offlike your best friend then become rude and continually speak over you if you are strong and stand up to it they will hany up and that number you had goes quiet most likely you,ve been blocked . These guys are high pressure smooth talking sales con artists if you are not educated you will find them persistant with every BS answer imaginable and if you treat them like they treay you as in keep talking over them as well ,they will hang up . No proffessional company would treat paying customers like this its yor money don't let absolute strangers force to verbaly bluff you , Their indian foreign accents is the first RED Flag.

Terrible. They take your money and never reply or call. They promise a 14 day refund. They do not reply when you request. And on top of that someone elses deposit went into my name from them, too. Ive had to list as fraud with my bank. Be warned.

After checking out their Facebook advertisement I initially deposited the $250USD they wanted to start trading with. and upon opening the account was met with the "broker" (designed to make you go broke) Joe who asked for more money to make more money for me and wanted me to invest $10k or take out a loan for $50K. I said I didn't have that amount and that was the whole reason I signed up - to make some money. The initial "sale" was to buy gold from Singapore and then sell on the Aussie market and cash in and make roughly 10% on it. I thought, why not do that another 1000 times and make $10,000 for me but that was just to rope you in. They will ring every night asking for more, even access to my Superannuation money and when you say you don't have any more they abruptly hang up. I have been trying to get my money returned but they don't release the funds, it's their choice to give it to you or not, not like a bank. All the other reviews on here would either be Bots or employees of Goldhale. Give them a very wide birth and invest in shares or some crypto or put it on lotto tickets as you will have a better chance of making money. Total scam!
Check if the other reviewers are verified. It's a simple 1 minute process so don't trust any reviewer that isn't.

After surveying the market for some serious and truthful brokers for many years, I can say that the best broker we ever had, no issues at all, over the years!

Good spreads, fast withdrawal. The only down side is the high minimum deposit and the deposit fee.

I recently signed up with Goldhale after seeing some positive posts on social media. This broker offers much tighter spreads than my previous broker.

My experience with Goldhale is fair so far.
I am trading with them for over 4 months now, managed to make over 35% return, made several withdrawals and deposits.
The main difficulties are actually the banks, when they attempt to stop transfers over crypto exchanges.
Overall, my experience is satisfying.

Scam, they take your money and appear to operate a legitimate trading site with much help initially encouraging you to invest more$.

Though your investment is in bitcoin and they have full control of your investment by requiring their "approval" to withdraw!!!
Which never comes, total scam.

Ignore their response, total lies this confirms to me that they are verified scam do not go near them. As a person said the 5 star reviews are by AI bots, dont believea word they say. They are not registered with ASIC, I will be reporting them to ASIC scam watch.

Hope this helps someone avoid loosing their savings.

customer support are are there 24/7 and they have loads of cryptos to trade. No complaints at all.....

The BTC withdrawals are fast and same day, way better than 5 day bank transfers.

My initial gut instinct was that this was a scam, but I joined up anyway. Since the start it has been difficult to get any assistance, so I basically taught myself what to do. Now I have some profit and I would like to withdraw funds, but it seems that my initial instincts were correct. I cannot seem to contact anyone, I have emailed, whatsapped etc and no response. The withdrawal just sits there pending for days on end. They were very quick to take my money, but do not want to pay out. All these great reviews must be AI fakes. Don't waste your time or money on this website.

The support link on website does not go anywhere. I just get an error message. I originally signed up with Adam Costello. Very good spread and slippage but withdraw time is sometimes very slow.

I have been trading a live accounts for different brokers, and it is only the goldhale that I have now for about 3 months that gives me their lowest spread, very low commission and very active, quick support response when you need help.

I started my trades using goldhale and the immersion turned be good. Just need to be cautios with spreads

they have the tightest spreads of any broker I have seen. I first found out about them when comparing brokers by rollover spread.
