I delt with Otman Daoubi. From the beginning I had issues. We had a very specific need and I tried to ask questions and see if they could help us. I asked for samples of the sticker stock and the different gold foil and Otman sent me a bunch of samples. However, the samples weren't of anything I really needed, it was of business cards, invites, and only two had the gold foil. I tried to ask questions and tell him about our specific project, so we could purchase the correct product for our needs. His responses were a few words to one sentence and didn't help me much. After much back and forth he told me what we needed and confirmed that the sticker would not show any thing through it. I wish I followed my gut because we got the sticker and it shows the design beneath it and won't work for us. Or we'll have to cut paper and stick a square on the back of it to make it not see through. Also, the colors are way off from the file we sent - much darker. This company looked promising and maybe they do great business cards and invitations, but not for custom.

I used Gold Image for some last minute wedding items when my other ones fell through. They were so fast (24 hour turnaround!) and pleasant to work with, and called me when they had questions about what it was I wanted. I ended up getting some 5 x 7 cards with silver foil writing and they turned out so perfect and luxe. Pricing was very fair as well.

I went on a wing and prayer, online, with Gold Image Printing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results of the product I received! The custom transparent backlit sheet with my custom artwork went WAY beyond my expectations..Absolutely beautiful. I will be doing future biz with GIP again!

Five stars from start to finish. We had a same day rush job for brochures and this company nailed it! I uploaded the files online and in less than 4 hours, they were ready. Extremely easy, and reasonably priced. The email updates eased my anxiety and they look great. Thank you!

I am in LA for a conference & the brochures I ordered from another company didn’t show up. I was frantically searching for another company that could quickly turn them around! You guys did a fantastic job. I easily uploaded my design late Thursday night & had it all printed early Friday morning. I didn’t expect them to be able to get the job done so fast, but they were very responsive & helpful! Can’t recommend them enough. THANK YOU for helping us out & it was a great price too!

I'm not getting useful feedback on how to improve our art to make it usable.

I have had, quite simply, the worst customer service experience of my life at Gold Image Printing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered around $1,500 worth of 2-day printing services from GIP on August 23, and was told I would receive an invoice for the shipping costs once everything was printed. I was clear from the beginning that I needed my items for September 9th, for a charity event that I'm hosting -- which is why I purchased the items to begin with. I was clear on my timeline throughout the entire process. I received a text message that my order was ready for pick-up, and continued to follow up with them to tell them that I needed my items shipped, not picked-up, as I don't live in Los Angeles. It would often be 3 days between messages, and finally we reached September and I received an invoice for $1,000!?!? I pushed back on the cost, and was told that they would revise the shipping cost for me, but it would take a few days. Again, I expressed concern that I would not receive my items on time. Then, randomly out of nowhere I received a text message with a photo my items on a dolly and a no-context message that said "Please pay $950 so your items can ship." I tried to get in touch with someone, sat on hold for a while, and managed to get put in touch with someone over text, (never encountered a reputable business that discusses business over text, but whatever), who told me that their "management was getting angry" at them. Finally we got the price down (still $300 over budget), and before I agreed, I ensured that my items would be delivered by the 9th, which I was assured they were.

Later that night (around 7pm on a Friday), I got a voicemail from someone different who said that they didn't have my shipping address. I called back immediately, no answer, and as it was Labor Day weekend, couldn't speak to someone until Tuesday the following week. Turns out, they did have my shipping address (?) and shipped out my items, however the arrival date is September 13th - 4 DAYS PAST THE DATE THAT I NEED THEM. No apologies. Only a "well what do you want me to do about it?" Asked for a refund on my items and I was told "after the 13th" if I didn't receive my items, they would "review" my inquiry about a partial refund but only if I reach out to their support email address (no one to actually speak to).

I run a small non-profit. We do not have $2,000 to throw away like this. I am honestly heartbroken about this experience, because we have lost a significant amount of money (it might not be to some, but it is to us) and have to try to get our items elsewhere with only a few days notice.

Non-transparent pricing, terrible customer service with slow response time, don't care about their customers. Go absolutely ANYWHERE else.

This is my second time using gold image printing for my company. They are very efficient and understanding while doing proofs. Shipping is fast and final products is very professional.

Love how fast, efficient and flawless this team operates. My go to for all things printing.
