Finally I got my order!!!
I ordered my last name on white gold and VVS diamonds. It was a little long process.
But! The communication with John about the process it was wonderful and right away answers! I love love love my pendent!
It’s beautifully made and the quality it’s the best! I will do business with them again!

ordered two necklaces on April 29. On May 26, I received an email that USPS was awaiting item. On June 8, I email stating that I would like a full refund for the items I purchase since there was no movement. A customer representative, John reached out to me. He stated, Hi TheAndrea, Thank you for reaching out to us! We're sorry to hear that, I just looked at the tracking number and there is no movement. I will get this to the right person to look into it and let you know what I find out." On June 10, John stated,"if this will take a week longer, we can compensate" I emailed back on June 10, stating shipping shouldn’t take that long.

John ignored my email and I sent a follow up email on June 15, because there was still no movement. On June 15 John stated, "Hi TheAndrea, Sometimes, there are delays in the production due to the volume of customs that needed to be produced. On the tracking sheet, yours are done already and they are still looking for your items. We believe that these are done already. I am now asking what we can offer for the inconvenience. Rest assured you will have your items." On June 15, I requested a full refund again. John ignored that too.

After 23 days of no movement on the items. On June 18, John emailed me with a tracking number, "Hi TheAndrea, The item is now in transit.” After I requested for a refund TWICE because at this point, i don’t want it. He did not want to refund me. Report to the BBB.

They are fixing my jewelry and sending it back to me like they said a lifetime guaranteed I recommend this.

I’ve been with this company for maybe 5 years I’ve had my family buy from them & they love it. Communication is amazing. They always give me great service & great products! I have a necklace with my initials, an anklet & a bracelet from them for years. My sister has the exact necklace with her initials & the same ankle & bracket from them also. Love love love you guys & if my jewelry happens to break or turn I always get my exchange. Thank you

I ordered 3 pc. On May 1rst just past 4a.m. My funds were collected and just before delivering I was labeled a fraud by this co. My funds were returned to me . I was totally crushed and totally humiliated. I am currently living with breast cancer, kidney disease and osteoarthritis in both knees.!! I am probably celebrating my last birthday on May 23rd.next week and that was a present for myself from myself. If my funds went through then without a problem, then why did you reject me and call me fraudulent. ,this is so cruel and unfair to treat a first time customer, like a common criminal. It’s mighty funny how your still sending me text alerts and emails. Bottom line: MY MONEY WAS GOOD.!!!

I got the 👑 💍 ,the advertising reads: WHITE GOLD.....I REPEAT WHITE GOLD.And after a week of use my finger is black stain, and is loosing the color......is it normal?
