Goldspin casino would not withdraw my winnings after I gave all the necessary identification since they robbed me of my withdrawal and had no option but to play it down I've since earned a great compensation and our an international hit on the owner of goldspin worse thing u can't do in business is to rob a customers thousands . Regards gold hit.

I deposited €191 and received a 125% bonus. I started playing with my cash balance, never touched the bonus funds, and won. I manually cancelled the bonus and requested a €333 withdrawal.

They cancelled the withdrawal and only returned €191, claiming the rest was voided "due to bonus cancellation", even though the bonus was unused.

To make things worse, their support email listed on the website doesn’t even exist – it bounces back. This is highly unprofessional.

I’m escalating the case to Casino Guru and other complaint platforms.

You can do deposit but not the withdrawal without verifying. Understable but if you send them documents about yourself (id card, bank statement,…) they want more and more and making excuses to not to pay you. They for example want your birth certificate, your parents personal information. It is really dangerous! I want to withdraw 100usd. Please stay away really. I thought people here are not saying the truth

They didn't honour my cash out request. They declined my withdrawal request with no accompanying explanation supporting why. So I (!!!) had to ask them. The reason, I kid you not, was because in the selfie photo I uploaded showing me holding my photo ID next to my face, I DID NOT DISPLAY MY ENTIRE ARM THAT HELD THE PHOTO ID. THE PHOTO NEEDED TO CLEARLY SHOW MY ELBOW, IN CASE I WAS USING SOMEONE ELSES ARM AND ELBOW TO COMMIT IDENTITY FRAUD.

After attempting such a soul destroying selfie I gave up. For this selfie to meet approval, I was told that the photo ID needs to be clear, no shadows or poor lighting obstructing the ID or my face. To get my entire arm and elbow I need to be a considerable distance from the camera, and from the distance I was from my phone, the card would have been deemed to be unacceptable.
Honestly, I would have respected Goldspin more if the online chat person simply told me that I wouldn't be seeing my winnings.

Yep they are absolute scum, minute I tried to pull out 2 hundred and eighty dollars from a verified account, it's no longer verified and then they did the same thing as everyone else says, they are making me email them and blocked me through chat. These people are scum total human garbage.

ATTENZIONE!!!!

I want to warn other players about my recent experience with Goldspin Casino

After winning $300, they refused my withdrawal unless I provided an excessive and invasive verification: a photo of myself standing outside my house, holding my ID and a sign, with my full address visible.

I already provided standard KYC documents (ID, utility bill, selfies), but they insisted on this dangerous request, which poses a serious privacy risk.

They have effectively blocked my withdrawal and are using this tactic to avoid paying.

Please be careful before depositing money here — I would strongly recommend avoiding this casino.

I have reported this to Curacao eGaming and am sharing my experience so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Stay safe!

site arnaque ils volent l’argent

Am besten gar keinen Stern !! Nur Trickserei . Nie wieder

Biggest scam site I've ever come across, and oddly rude for dealing with chatbots. They will manipulate the verification process, and lie to you every chance they can. You're throwing away your money if you deposit.

i would put 0 stars if i could
