From my first contact with Gold Trust, everything moved seamlessly and efficiently. From the phonecalls, messages and meeting, everything was so professionally handled. Mike from the Cape Town branch was superb...I felt comfortable right from the start and the entire process during my appointment, the secure and honest was everything was done made me feel like I had come to the right place. Very happy with their offer and the paperwork was all prepared with minimal effort required from me. They paid me immediately and I was thrilled at what a painless process it had all been. From the first connection via WhatsApp, which was immediately attended to, i knew that GoldTrust was the preferred company i would be comfortable and safe to deal with. The whole process was clearly explained and i knew what to expect. On the day of the meeting i was met with absolute professionalism yet relaxed, the whole valuation procedure was explained and demonstrated in full view which reconfirmed they are the company i would recommend to my friends & colleagues without hesitation. Once agreed on value the payment was arranged and processed within minutes if not seconds. I left with money in my account and extremely satisfied with the transaction. I will definitely do business with GoldTrust again. Thank you Mike & Caroline for your above customer experience.
