Insulted by them for their error.
Ordered through eBay. Wrong item arrived. Was told I had to re package and take to post office to return when received my refund would be processed. I asked why can't you send the correct item and collect the wrong one. Then I'm told im an unreasonable customer. Why? I placed an order. Received the wrong item. Then told I most chase all over to return their mistake so i will hopefully get a refund. I will never use golf-xpress again and i advise others to avoid. Unless you enjoy being insulted. Then it's right up your street.

The correct ordered item was sent and received, wanted to return them although and wanted us to pay the return charge the customer was very rude and obnoxious with messages.
Terrible company
Don’t use this company. The worst I have ever dealt with. Very rude and awful customer service. Don’t use them.

One- I have never heard of someone leaving a golf trolley half through a round, emailing us wanting a refund when you said you didn't have the trolley as it was left on the 13th hole bin sorry but how would you expect us to refund without us first seeing it for an inspection?
Two -To try and return the trolley not packed in a parcel/box is quite mind boggling and quite unbelievable really a bit of common sense – Would you expect and think the trolley would reach us in the condition through transit network without a box?
WORST COMPANY !
I suggest you purchase products elsewhere. This is the WORST web based company I have dealt with , and VERY RUDE ! ! !
