Bought a putting mirror training accessory.
Competitive price, fast delivery and very fast response from the company when I had questions

Purchased a single bag wooden displays in black. After extensive research this looked the most modern, high quality and best priced option so much so that I waited a few months for stock to arrive but only because when I reached out to Golf Bays the Communication was great - they gave me an exact date for stock arrival and then delivered on it. When I ordered the item it arrived quickly and well packaged. The item is really good quality and was easy to build. I’d buy another tomorrow if I needed another one!

Harrison at Golf Bays was very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a hitting screen from him and he gave fantastic advice on which screen would be best suited to our simulator setup.

I previously had a really hard time finding a particular product in stock and multiple businesses not replying back to email requests. Golfbays communicated straight away and help organise the product to an unusual logistic location. Really fantastic service and moving forward will certainly use the company for my golfing needs

Could you source the all the individual items separately and save a few pounds, yes you probably could. But and it's a massive "BUT" what you wouldn't get from the team at Golfbays is the invaluable help and support in making the right purchase for your requirements, incredible patient support on the phone and the knowledge that Golfbays have been there seen it and done it so you wont make the mistakes that others do buying the wrong products for your SIM.
My SIM has gone into my double garage on one side. The space it tight and through conversations with the team about my needs and space restrictions they built a package that worked perfectly for me. The quality of the enclosure once built is beyond my expectations its really well made and finished fantastically. Skytrak+ launch monitor beyond accurate and the projector which had to be floor mounted gives amazing graphics.
The only advice I would recommend if you are working within a really tight space then consider the enclosure is 2500mm high and 2600mm wide but you will need a minimum of 100mm clearance on all sides to allow you to build the frame and put it in location. Furthermore I missed the fact that you need 250 to 300mm behind the impact screen so the balls don't bounce off the wall behind. Apart from that its a fantastic all round package offering value and real product understanding and customer support.

Absolutely blown away by the customer service and the product quality! My simulator enclosure arrived within a week, way faster than I expected, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Plus, the price was super affordable compared to other sites I checked. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Highly recommend!

Excellent product at a great price

Paid a visit to the showroom and tested a few monitors out and place an order for sim box, simulator and projector, all very competitively priced and delivered very quickly. My garage roof would only accommodate a height of 2370 mm which was easily modified and delivered within 10 days. Had a few problems installing the projector but Harrison quickly talked me through what do over the phone successfully. So very pleased with the result and can’t praise Golf Bays and all the staff highly enough. Needless to say my golf is improving and family and friends enjoying the experience. Nick

Golfbays brilliant place. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I had a little issue with the net I got. But the after sales by Rob the owner was absolutely brilliant got everything sorted. I visited Golfbays several times while planning my golf sim. They were great at helping me to decide on layout and equipment. Their prices were very good and delivery was quick, even with the screen which had to be custom modified.
I was undecided about which launch monitor to buy but being able to demo the Protee VX helped me make the decision to buy it. I'm so pleased I made that decision, the LM is fantastic with updates coming out regularly.
Harrison helped me with some of the little details (like how to hang the impact screen) that were important to get the is right. He is also very knowledgable about the projectors and the BenQ AK700ST proved to be excellent, especially with it's automatic screen sizing which made set up easy.
I would definitely recommend talking to Golfbays (Harrison was particularly helpful) if you are considering building your own golf sim.

Very highly recommended. Nothing is to much trouble. I had a few questions through my build process and everytime my mind was put to rest. Jack and Rob had so much knowledge and patience. My Simbox was made to measure and fitted perfectly. I can't praise this company enough.
