Very easy to find & book a round. Always cheaper than paying the full price at the course. Hot deals are great for finding somewhere with a great price. Had to cancel a round once & no messing about on the site. Just used the money I got back for the next round I booked after that. Love using ‘golf now’ & probably won’t book a round with out it again. 🤩

Be very wary of pricing. Booked 18 holes at avisford for 4 people, 2 days ago for £150. Looked today on their website and the same is now £75. Can't cancel and rebook as the tee time is now within 24 hours. Do not book too far ahead of time unless you want to pay double!

Still no refund.

I’m now getting emails telling me that I need to use my credit before I lose it….

Absolute worst experience ever

Have used the golfnow app a few times. I've found it a quick,easy,efficient way of finding and booking a round of golf. Finding it's my number one way of booking at the moment.

Easy to book a round of golf at the Isle of Purbeck golf club and to see the prices at different times of day. Received immediate confirmation by email and checking in at the pro shop on the day was very easy. We arrived 3 hrs early as we were on a three day golf tour in West Dorset. The pro shop suggested that we played the 9 hole course across the road for £10 each green fee as a warm up. We followed his suggestion and then had a lovely bar lunch at the club bar before our 18 hole round.

I purchased what I thought was a 18 hole round of golf, but later realised after checking out the course that it is a 9 holer. Nothing was mentioned on the Golfnow app as it showed it as a 18 hole course. So, I tried to cancel it so I could book somewhere else but it wouldn't let me so i sent a complaint on the 16th May for a refund but I have still not had any sort of response. I never played the round as I booked somewhere else. Very poor service from Golfnow.

This is a great app for me, been able to find somewhere to play when I can fit it in with my schedule.. Absolutely perfect if you finish work early and want to get a round in, plus you can play a lot of different courses.

Easiest way to book golf for the local areas can’t fault !

Don't really appreciate receiving a message telling me that a tee time I had booked was no longer available and that the money would show up on my account but should be put back in within a few days.
Yes the money was put back in but having recently been scammed elsewhere I was then worried about my account.
Why do you advertise tee times on your site when they are not available?

Generally positive experiences using GolfNow with my regular buddies. It pays to read the small print properly so no surprises.
A couple of courses were happy to re-arrange our booking when the weather looked bad, which was good. I hope all of them would do the same.

Encourages you to play more away courses which is always a good thing to do.

Terrible customer service when you call them. Worst ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude from telephony agents I’ve ever come across. They advertise their Golf Pass with the promise of a Taylormade voucher and it never arrives and when you phone up they just say it’s Taylormade’s fault. They shouldn’t offer something they can’t provide.

Never had a problem with bookings. I see a lot in regards to getting refunds etc. I luckily haven’t had to experience that and have never had to use customer service.

I’m basing my review on the easiness of booking courses as they’re all in one spot and a good app layout

Very poor service. Unable to contact anyone i finally got onto a live chat who said the case would be escalated. Gave me a reference number has since emailed several times had no response to this. I essentially got charged twice for a booking and have still not received a refund

I have always loved using Golfnow for many years great course options although dwindling somewhat and good prices which are increasing even beyond the price of a green fee at the course itself. The big bug bearer is your points earned per round as they have proof to be of no value and unusable but no matter how many times I have tried to use them for annual membership they are unusable and expire so please refer to the previous method where points earned where given as a deduction of an upcoming round.

Have used several times and always booked a round at a good price - no problems for me at all to date - clubs are very friendly and hospitable.
