Très satisfait de mon achat effectué après maintes comparaisons ( sans critères financiers). Chariot tout à fait conforme à ma recherche : robustesse, puissance(terrain vallonné),facilité d’utilisation, et nombreux accessoires. Son encombrement important, son poids et sa non pliabilité ne sont pas un problème car stationné sur place. La liaison dentelée semble cependant fragile et devrait être améliorée. Entreprise très réactive,excellent rapport qualité /prix. Bravo.

J’ai cassé mon axe central de mon trolley que je possède depuis 15 mois et dont je suis entièrement satisfait. J’ai envoyé un mail à la société Golf Ted en deux heures de temps ils m’ont répondu et en 48 heures j’ai reçu la pièce et ce sous la garantie je trouve ça un excellent service.

Je viens de recevoir mon chariot électrique. Produit fabriqué en RPC. Parfaitement bien emballé. Livré avec de très nombreux accessoires, grande serviette, support carte, balles, tee, crayon, marque balle relève pitch, porte bidon inox avec indication de température, support parapluie ou ombrelle, tout cela avec grand sac de transport. Il sera un peu plus lourd, car fabriqué en acier inoxydable (masse volumique de 8, pour 2,7 pour l'Aluminium). Il sera par contre beaucoup plus solide (au moins 3 fois plus résistant). Le montage est très facile. Cependant, il manque les joints toriques des extrémités des deux tubes de fixation, d'où un léger jeu. Ensuite l'articulation crantée, comprenant le support haut d'appui du sac, et la poignée de poussée du chariot, me semble très fragile, les dents sont bien trop fines. L'alignement des trois parties n'est pas assurée, une bague d'alignement est nécessaire, mais c'est à voir dans le temps, ça fonctionne parfaitement bien.
La télécommande n'a aucun système (trou), pour passer une dragonne. L'ensemble est magnifique. Facile à diriger, mais il faut s'habituer. Je le recommande. Rapport qualité prix très intéressant.

I purchased a golf trolley from GolfTed in August 2020. The product was advertised as high-quality and durable. However, in less than five years, the middle handle frame broke completely, rendering the trolley unusable.

When I asked for a reasonable solution, I was offered only a small-value voucher, which does not reflect the seriousness of the defect. For a product in this category and price range, such a material failure or possible design flaw is absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, customer service was not cooperative or solution-oriented. I expected more from a company that claims to offer quality products and support.

I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

I bought a remote-controlled golf trolley in October 2023. I wanted to wait 12 months before writing a review, but a trolley malfunction made me anticipate the review. The problem was on one of the two motors. In the evening, I wrote an email to customer service, explaining with a video what had happened, and the next morning, I was told that they would send me a new motor during the day. The seriousness of a company is seen more when you have a problem and they help you solve it in a very short time. A big thank you to Manno and Stef, owners of Golf Ted.

I am truly amazed and delighted at the quality of this trolley; the Amazon photos don’t do it justice!

I’m really glad I opted for carbon - it might not fold as small but it looks stunning. (Note if you watch the YouTube video the design has changed and you cannot fold up the front wheel, that front bar has to be removed to store).

This is so much better value and design than the Stewart trolley I'm replacing, and such better value than Jucad. It is so light, and having both remote control and controls on the handle make it so much more convenient. Not all remote control trolleys do that.

Even the packaging says “quality”!

The winter wheels (an extra purchase necessary for my home course) are the best I’ve ever seen.

I was a little nervous ordering from the Netherlands and living in the UK, but it wasn't an issue. Golfted handled all the customs procedures and charges, I could track the journey right the way through as they used DPD, and delivery was even faster than I hoped.

I had one teething issue - one of the wheel locks was a bit loose. I emailed them about it on a Sunday evening and received a reply before 7.00 a.m. the next morning. The fix was simple and it took me 5 mins to tighten the lock myself following their instructions.

The included little extra make it even more fun to unpack. I've seen one review criticising the accessories. I cannot understand that. This is the only trolley I have ever seen with stainless steel brolly holder and score card holder. The drinks bottle is really neat and the temperature gauge works well, but if we are honest, it's a bit of a gimmick so when the battery runs out I probably won't replace. And what's not to like about Golfted including three Wilson Duo balls and a golf glove?

Another thing I like is the way the manual cautions you about things that will crop up. For example - they explain that everything will be tight at first (it is) but will settle down (it does). They also warn if using a hybrid bag the legs will eventually scratch the bottom of the trolley. I solved this by putting a little insulation foam on the bottom bracket. You can't even see it when the bag is on and it protects the trolley perfectly.

All in all, I am delighted with this trolley and the service from Menno and Stef. I'm very happy to recommend it.

Ils considèrent qu'il est normal qu'un client soit privé de télécommande dans un délai aussi court. Dans ce cas il faut qu'ils préviennent de ce risque. Car moi,
je ne vais pas manquer de le faire. Une société qui a un tel mépris est à faire.

Ordered GT-R +10 accessories thru Amazon.uk, arrived (4 days after placing order) well within quoted delivery. Slight damage to the packaging which did not affect the parts inside.
Assembly easy and I used it imediately, many positive comments from my fellow golfers over looks style.
The trolley (now used 5 times) was robust enough to withstand all the bumps, pot holes on the paths and coped well with the slopes, hills without slippage on a wet/damp course. The speed is adjusted via a conveniently placed rotatable "knob", the grip for steering is comfortable. Have not trusted myself with the remote control, which works well to and from the car park, as the course is still suffering from rain.
Accessories; the plastic drinks holder bracket has not been fitted as in my opinion it does not fit (too small) the Stainless tubing. The Flask is good and fits easily in my bag.
I do not use a mobile phone, the suppied bracketry is also not used.
The Sore card holder is initially very difficult to push over the tube, considerable force was required, but once on, is a nice addition.
All in all I am very pleased with the performance, style and function. It is easy to clean and fits perfectly in the supplied bag and with a weight of 12kg slots neatly in the car boot. One of our members is looking into purchasing one!

Fantastic Golf Trolley, nothing like it on British market, does everything you want plus more, and looks great to boot.

In July 2021, I bought two stainless steel remote controlled electric golf trolleys. They arrived in Denmark a few days later with clear assembly instructions and have worked flawlessly ever since.
Prior to ordering I contacted them to inquire about the model and received prompt reply with full and relevant information.
