Great work. Travis is very patient, and his work is very nice plus affordable. I would highly him for web designing and logo creation. He created a beautiful site for my sister who is now a first time author and I am veey satisfied.

Go Logo Now has developed an amazing Mobile App and Website for my new business. They want back and forth to make changes and provided me something great whenever i requested them for changes. They are very professional especially Travis, Mike, Allen, Abel & Ben who worked closely on my website and app. Thank You.

My experience with go logo was good.although I thought the closing was awkward they did provide me with several great concepts. They even collaborated the concepts together for a final product.

In the beginning of our agreement, everything was going perfect. I signed my contract Nov. 8, 2020 and I told them the deadline for my website was before Black Friday (they said this was more than enough time). The day of Black Friday gets here, and I still did not have a website produced. Travis told me it would be done that Monday. I said okay, that's fine. Monday goes by and I had to ask was my website done. Once again, it wasn't. Two going on three weeks goes by after Black Friday, and my website still was not done. I had to give them another deadline by saying I would like a full refund if it is not completed by Dec. 8, 2020 (30 days later). So, the day of the deadline is here, and the website was nowhere near to be published. Some text was in a foreign language (default), pictures were not in the right place, text that should've been clickable was not. Oh yea, I gave them all of my pricing and they saw it on my previous website, and they still decided to discount my merchandise, saying it would look better to the customers (I never gave them permission to do this). Travis claimed that I was coming up with all these last minute changes because most of my banners said super sale, and I was never having a sale. Apparently they were having a sale on my website I never gave them permission to have. After having a long talk with Travis, my final decision was to cancel the website and accept my full refund because I gave them a 3 week extension and it still was not done. The next day Travis asked if I still had my login to my wix website and I said yes. Nothing else was said after that. The following day, he mentions they are now working on my website through wix. Mind you, I never agreed on this. My website that I created was completed changed without my permission to something they created. I felt violated because they went into my personal business account without my permission changing things around. This was my breaking point. I told Travis to give me my refund and lets be done with business. The way he did business was by assumption. He never asked permission with running questions by me. He thought that because he had my login information he could do what he wanted with it. This same company was supposed to create my app. I will never be working with them again. Also, they lured me in by giving me a big discount on my website. Don't be fooled if you are a small business owner. They will probably put your business last just like mine, and do what they please with your business.

Hi Travis, I would gladly show proof of the screen shots as well because there are no questions being asked throughout our entire thread. Additionally, you mentioned all of the things I complained about the day of the deadline. Can we talk about why this day was even the deadline? Oh yea, because I said if it wasn't due December 8, I would like my money back. I bet you all started throwing stuff together that same day (claiming my website was lost, how does that even happen). Lastly, you never mentioned anything about you all discounting my clothes without my permission because its true. Never would I have ever given you permission to edit my wix website. I will gladly produce this thread as well because you assumed a lot during this process. You are dismissed, thank you.

Update: Josh, the CEO of this company has called me four times (twice being outside of business hours 9am-5pm) speaking very unprofessionally. After being told by Travis that I was receiving a refund, Josh called me and said that I am unable to receive my refund until I take my post down from trust pilot. He was bribing me stating that if my post is deleted I will get 50% of my money back, then proceeded to say 100%. Not to mention, he called me out of my name by calling me a cry baby, stating that the only reason I need my money back was to pay my rent. They have been harassing me since I posted my review. Do not do business with this company. They are sounding more and more like a scam.
