GoMed Nigeria Reviews

They are prompt, courteous, efficient and honest.

Ordered and got delivered to within 1 hour on a Sunday. Excellent service.

The supplement I was looking for was unavailable everywhere else but here, customer service was top notch and delivery was prompt.

The representative I spoke with was very kind and patient with me. I am used to being looked down on for asking too many questions, but the representative was very attentive to my concerns and helped me find an option I was comfortable with.

Highly responsive customer support and swift delivery service.

I recently had the pleasure of using Gomed’s online platform for purchasing medications, and I must say that their customer service and delivery are nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I placed my order, the process was smooth, efficient, and incredibly user-friendly.

One of the standout aspects of Gomed is their swift delivery service. My order arrived much quicker than I anticipated, and the packaging was secure and professional. This level of promptness is rare, and it truly sets Gomed apart from other providers.

Additionally, Gomed offers a wide range of medications at very affordable prices. In an era where healthcare costs can be overwhelming, Gomed makes it easier for people to access the medications they need without breaking the bank. Their affordability, combined with the convenience of online ordering, makes them a top choice for anyone looking for reliable and cost-effective healthcare solutions.

I highly recommend Gomed for anyone in need of quality medications with the added benefits of excellent customer service and fast delivery.

Great customers services👌, to think I have been looking for this particular product for quite a while and Gomed could help me source for it and being conscious of the shelf life (expiry date) , kudos to you 👍. I also love the fact that Gomed respond fast and relate well with customers

My first GoMed order (in early July) was placed in 2 stages (using the same carrier), amidst the floods of Lagos. GoMed was very helpful in handling my order, and explained why there were apparent delays. I could track delivery routes and progress to the final point of payment on delivery. Online Pharm support continued at a rapid pace even after the order arrived. A second order was delayed due to the vendors' unupdated product/price profiles on GoMed's website, which did slow things down. GoMed was able to track (alternative) products among its other vendors for me to consider ordering. This is serving the client/customer beyond the call of duty. But there is a need for more synergy between GoMed and its vendors in this area. I, therefore, applaud GoMed for its great Pharm support, as an online Pharmacy in Nigeria, which has the capacity to set a pace for that industry in Africa!

Meds are the exact ones I ordered for 🫂
I’m usually very skeptical when it comes to paying before my item gets delivered but hey! I tried it with these guys and they delivered in less than 5 hours. That’s wayyyyyyyy top notch! this is the best online service I’ve ever ever gotten!!!

It was nice conversation with the doc Dammy...is highly professional

I attended the just concluded webinar on Infection Prevention for Children and I must say that was a great event. The speaker, Dr. Renner didn’t just talk to us, the participants, but we were able to participate in the webinar as if it was a physical event and on this, I must commend GoMed for such a great initiative.
The quiz part was the icing because it was such a great opportunity for us to give feedback and show that what we learnt was not just for the moment but a whole knowledge to take with us after the webinar.
Thank you GoMed for such a wonderful event and I am also pleading on behalf of wonderful people out there who were not able to attend the webinar due to work schedules or not being aware of the event, that you should post a replay on your social media page or do carousels of points given by Dr. Renner. Thanks

It was nice doing business with them. Prompt service delivery and efficient follow up. Thanks for keeping to your side of the bargain.

Thank you, Gomed!
Yesterday's webinar on infection and how it can be controlled among us was an eye opener.
