Hype and marketing with interesting content
The information was nice, but there was a lot of marketing and too much time spent giving information online via Zoom; this could have been done in two or three hours maximum. Power breathing is quite similar to the Wim Hof breathing technique, which I was already aware of. Ten to twelve hours is a huge amount of time.
If you had provided a workbook, focus on that from the start and proceed step-by-step; this would easily save time for you and others.
And some false information as well about allopathy and ayurveda just to promote naturopathy whice i feel .
like paracetamol banned in 150 countries and other stuff .
Like a daily soap, creating hype that something very big or life-changing is coming at any moment—don't miss it, it's almost there, it's coming.
