This seems to be a scam business that…
This seems to be a scam business that pretends to offer some sort of "gift" but in fact is just a promoter for subscription services. Your "gift"? Is a discount you could get with any new sign-up for these subscriptions.
It's bad enough these sorts of scams pop up when making a purchase on some websites and pretend to be associated with the legitimate business. It's worse when my contact information is being abused to receive targeted ads.

Nice enough
Getting the membership to Sam’s Club for $15 was nice. I have a full priced membership at another club but having the options of both is nice - especially since no two carry the same products.
It was easy to sign up through Nift. The only drawback is that there are few options for the “gifts” and I don’t need/want most of them. That’s the only improvement I would make.
