I have been working with Hailey Whiteman and Frank at Goodspeed Publishing and so far, my experience has been great. I did face my fair share of hiccups with the team which I don't blame them entirely for but they have been patient with me through this journey.
I specially would like to thank their marketing team for working tirelessly and for creating my beautiful website. Do I recommend them? 100% Just make sure you are ready to give your project your complete attention as they really are very particular about communicating a lot.

I have mixed views what i like is the person that is helping me along they way. She is very attentive, kind, and understanding. I love the covers of my books and that I was able to correct the mistakes before they went to print. There are options that I would love and they tried to gonvince me to do knowing I litterally had no mone to achieve the goal and that they were trying to preasure me and not giving me time to think. Would I refoer them, yes just know that you have to save the money first. They do good work.

The quality of the finished product was poor. Cheap paper, lack of cover,,,

Overall, my experience has been positive, largely because of my project manager, Haley. She has been professional, responsive, patient, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She consistently answered my questions and helped move the project forward, and I truly appreciate her efforts.

My only significant concern has been the sales process. I repeatedly explained that I did not need assistance with cover design or artwork at this stage of my project, yet those services continued to be emphasized as part of additional pricing. I never felt that my comments were fully heard or understood. I would encourage a more consultative approach—listening carefully to an author's specific needs rather than continuing to promote services they have already declined.

Overall, I appreciate the work your team has done and am especially grateful for Haley's support. My hope is that future authors will receive the same level of attentive project management, along with a sales experience that feels more personalized and responsive to their individual goals.

Very responsive and helpful with all aspects of the publishing process

Team leader has been curteous and helpful. This is my first rodeo and I am not familure with working with their program. Organizing the updates and relaying with them any changes has been challenging and difficult.

I hired Goodspeed for the marketing of my crime thriller series, Street Games. They did a tremendous job. Josh kept me updated throughout the process!

They truly have the skills, acumen and experience to help writers with developmental editing all the way to a finished product. Their marketing expertise is A+. So many books stall with other publishers. Goodspeed accelerates the publishing process and gets the book into many readers hands with professionalism and speed.
