Good Time In Reviews

I ordered, it arrived a couple of days later with no fuss.

Always brilliant to order from, really quick delivery and their staff are first rate!

Gosh well what can I say - brilliant. I place my order one day, the next day I get an email to tell me my order has been dispatched and the following day my order arrives. Excellent.
Tonic, lemonade , real Dandelion and Burdock ( by that I mean its not the sweet stuff you get in supermarkets)and rhubarb lemonade that has a real kick.
This is where I get all my soda now.
Just waiting for them to start selling Root Beer then they can have all my money

This company is so efficient ordered delivered securely and very quick with great affordable prices

Easy to order land quick delivery. Also, Franklins tonic sold, which is not widely available.

Very efficient service, and great products.

Order placed online very quick delivery ,delivered well came ontime

Was missing half of my order but Joanna & her team resolved this very promptly & professionally. Parcels arrived very well packaged & all bottles intact which was excellent because I have ordered the same items previously from other sites & have opened to find bottles smashed or missing.
Thank you so much to Joanna & the rest of the team - I would definitely recommend this company & will be ordering from them again in the future.

Great Customer Service, had some confusion with delivery but Joanna, helped me and sorted the delivery out for me, thank-you Joanna.
VK’s come undamaged, bubble wrapped and in perfect timing for Christmas!

Will order again thank-you

I ordered a case of 24 bottles of Reef on Saturday. Paid via PayPal and it was delivered by 8.am on Tuesday ... can't beat that for customer service, amazing.
I emailed them just to say thank you and had an immediate reply from Joanna which was so sweet and remenicent of when customers were important.
Going to order regularly now I've found this amazing company. Many thanks
Sara

Had a order issue.but after speaking to Joanna the issue was very quickly sorted out.couldnt have asked for better service.very happy and will deffinatly use them again and highly recommend this company.

I had an issue with a recent order and the open lines of communication with the company led to an early and very satisfactory outcome. I will definitely continue to order from this company.

I had an order with this company which had some issues. Unfortunately after thinking it was sorted out there was another issue. Emily helped me all the way through it and couldn't have been more helpful. Emily went above and beyond to help me and she was always chasing everything up and letting me know what was happening. It is a shame the order wasn't issue free but unfortunately that happens sometimes. The response to this by Emily was top notch and she is a credit to the company.

I am a regular customer and i had a little problem with one of my orders.I called them and spoke to Joanna. We then emailed so i could send pictures. The problem was sorted within the hour.Fantastic customer service.Would highly recommend 😁

Purchased multiple Franklin drinks. Love them all. Great flavours and natural ingredients. Favourite is definitely the dandelion and burdock. Highly recommend and will be ordering again (and again!).

Having first sampled Franklins Ginger Beer at a bar, I just had to find out where I could purchase this product either online or at a local retailer.
Franklins Brewed Ginger Beer is possibly the best I have tried both as a refreshing drink on its own or as a delicious mixer with my favourite Spiced Rum.
Knowing that I can order online at a great price, I will be planning to order more in the very near future.
Arrived in good time and was very well packed to prevent breakage of the glass bottles.
I’ve also looked at the other products online with this company and I was pretty impressed with the variations readily available to purchase

The drinks are excellent! I had an issue with shipping but the customer service lady was fantastic 👌 I can't wait to order more from them such a nice company 😀

Joanna was absolutely brilliant with assisting me with my missing order, speedy replies and very kind and generous, would definitely recommend buying from this seller as the drinks are top quality and are happy to help with problems with your order

Excellent customer service, we had an issue with our account and they got back to us straight away and got it all sorted out for us. Great selection of drinks to choose from and have had no problems with DX who delivered our order, they keep you informed via text of their delivery time.
