The boots I wanted were sold out . I contacted customer service by email and heard back the next day re a solution . The boots are great quality and a great price plus fit beautifully. They looked even better than I’d seen on line and arrived as expected beautifully packaged. I’m very happy 😊

Goose Island, what can I say? To me it’s a brilliant company and I’m so very very lucky to have the Mumbles store and the Main Office/Outlet store/Warehouse almost on my doorstep. Karen is a total inspiration through much adversity in her life over the last few years dealing with bereavement and other challenges whilst keeping going. Goose Island delivers on ease of buying, delivery and service. I don’t know what I’d do without Goose Island as the excellent fashions suit me and my lifestyle so very well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Karen & team, you should be so so proud of your business.

Clothing is reasonably priced, relaxed styles and a little different from mainstream retailers. Quality appears to be good although having just made my first purchase, knitwear, it's not possible for me to comment on how well items will stand test of time.
