I didnt like how there werent many loan…
I didnt like how there werent many loan options, only 1 offer and no ways to continue to the conversation (just accept or decline) I didnt like. The rest of the process went well

I am an investor on GoPeer since 2022, and I have serious concerns about how certain loans are being originated, categorized, and ultimately reported.
I have come across loan accounts that appear questionable, including situations where a loan later appears as charged off or associated with bankruptcy. From an investor’s perspective, this raises serious concerns about whether investors are being placed into the correct risk bucket and whether the information provided about these loans is sufficiently accurate and transparent.
Investors are putting their own money at risk based on the information and risk classifications provided by the platform. If those classifications or loan records are inaccurate, investors may be taking on risks they did not knowingly agree to.
My advice to existing and potential investors: do your own due diligence and carefully review the loan history, risk classification, payment history, charge-offs, and borrower information before investing.
GoPeer should provide investors with clear documentation explaining how these loans are originated, verified, classified, and subsequently reported.
Until these concerns are properly addressed, I would personally be very cautious about putting additional money into the platform.

As with any lending portfolio, some borrowers may become delinquent, enter bankruptcy, or ultimately have their loans charged off. These outcomes do not necessarily indicate that a loan was incorrectly classified when it was originated. Risk classifications reflect the information available and assessed at the time of origination, while a borrower’s financial circumstances can change over the life of a loan.
It’s also important to put individual loan outcomes in the context of overall portfolio performance. Since you began investing with goPeer in 2022, your account has generated an annualized net return of approximately 8.4%, after accounting for losses and charge-offs.
We want investors to understand both the risks involved and how loans on the platform are assessed and reported. We’ve reached out to you directly and would be happy to review any specific loans you have concerns about and explain our underwriting, risk classification, and reporting processes in more detail.

We take account security very seriously. Based on our investigation, we believe this review is related to unauthorized activity involving a member account. It was not submitted by our client, but by an unauthorized individual following the takeover of the account. The account contained no funds and has since been secured.
We have preserved the relevant login, device, IP, and activity records, and the incident has been reported to law enforcement and the appropriate fraud-reporting authorities. Any continued attempt to access the account, impersonate the client, or misuse client communications will be added to the existing evidence. To protect the privacy of the legitimate account holder, we will not discuss any further account details publicly.
