goplusus.com Reviews

I ordered a compost roller. It arrived quickly and was as advertised. It is a simple sturdy metal tool. It is well designed. Good handle. It should last many years.

I got a good product.

Very fast delivery & product was as expected.

Beautiful trees great quality definitely recommend true to product definition

You had what we needed. We received it fast. Thank you .

Remote did not work and go plus didn’t respond to questions for months.

They found my address without any problems, ❤️ a lot of delivery people have problems and don't come all the way down to find my address. Thanx. I like my bike it was easy to put together but the only bad thing is the seat it hurts it needs more cushion

My sister in law received the treadmill that I ordered as a surprise for her and she loves the red color and size of it. Fast delivery, good service. I have had my treadmill since 11/26/2025 and love it. Just the right size; everything works well on it. Thank you for fast service on receiving both treadmills! Would order from this company again!

The goal itself is nice and sturdy but be prepared to have to buy additional hardware because what is sent doesn’t work, and the instructions are definitely outsourced from another country.

Good price. Shipping was quick and efficient.

You did not send the treadmill model I ordered. It was supposed to be the version with the arms that fold down and with small angle adjustment.

The one you sent has the bolt on arms and no angle adjustment.

By the time I realized that, the box was open and I had removed all the contents. Too big and heavy to repack and bring somewhere for return.

Product information accurate, account information accurate, easy to order, arrival time accurate. Equipment had no damage and is functioning as promised.

This is a solid walking pad. I was a bit disappointed that we had to do some maintenance on it right away as in adjusting the drive belt and the walking pad itself. We have oiled the belt but still have a loud squeaking sound when using it so hoping that goes away sometime.

Great job. Ordering and delivery was a breeze. We've only had it out of the box for three days, but it is performing as expected.

I ordered my walking pad here because the reviews were good and they had a pretty good sale going on. When I received my product the remote did not work (turns out they sent a dead battery). Once I fixed that now the belt is rubbing on something and I have a hard time using it because of the noise. There is a no return policy on sale items and most of the stuff for sale is "on sale" so keep that in mind when buying.
My walking pad does work so thats the 3 stars.

The Hex Bar was delivered when it was promised, looks great, better than I thought it would.

I’m please with the sled. I know our kids will love it.
The price was lower than anywhere else I looked!

Whatever you do—do not purchase a treadmill that’s on sale. You can’t return it.

While returning an item this large would already be a hassle, that wasn’t even the main issue. When the treadmill arrived, it was missing the phone holder, and the remote didn’t work—even after replacing the battery. It appeared I received a unit that was either previously returned or defective. A support representative offered to send a replacement phone holder and remote, but that misses the point. If this was a returned or refurbished product, that should have been clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

I attempted to stop the shipment as soon as I learned that sale items are non-returnable. I was told I could pay $21.00 to try to reject the delivery and hope FedEx would come back to pick it up. I chose not to, and now regret that decision.

Bottom line: you truly get what you pay for. I would not recommend purchasing sale items from this company.

Great product & value; excellent customer service. Reps were very responsive when I wanted to change my order. would highly recommend.

Goplus lies about their delivery dates. My order was supposed to be 2 days, was 1 week
