Everything went smoothly from booking to the actual lesson. I liked the flexibility and how easy it was to communicate with the instructor.

This company is a scam!! I was supposed to have a meet with a trainer then if we liked it we would be doing the $1,000 package. The boy on the phone made me pay $250 to book the trial lesson. the trial lesson would not start unless I signed the waiver. In the waiver it stated I had to pay the whole $1,000 and would be charged no matter what. I stated this was not what I was told or requested. I asked for a refund about 3 weeks ago and they still have not refunded me!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

If you're an instructor, avoid this company. No one who works for the company understands skateboarding or fluent English. They have no email and the only way to communicate is through the help section on the website. You WILL NOT get paid unless you are on them about it pretty much daily.

The entire process felt organized and simple. My instructor gave useful feedback during each lesson and helped make learning much less intimidating.

I had a very disappointing experience with GoSkate. After paying upfront, communication became extremely poor and getting support was frustrating. Lessons were repeatedly canceled, and responses from customer service were slow or completely ignored. The whole process felt unprofessional and stressful. I would strongly recommend being careful before purchasing large lesson packages in advance.

The company has been super professional and communicative from start to present, which has been great. However, biggest kudos goes to my child's teacher, Andrew Wenckstern, who has been tremendous! My child has autism and very high anxiety, and Andrew has been patient, encouraging and kind, an excellent teacher who my child trusts. I highly recommend him!

Great platform for anyone wanting to learn skateboarding. Everything from registration to scheduling lessons felt straightforward and professionally handled.

The customer service team was surprisingly quick to respond and very helpful with matching us to the right instructor. Everything has gone smoothly and the lessons have been worth it.

The experience with the goskate interface is less-fun and is clunky, but glad I persisted to get some great lessons.

GoSkate helped me finally get started with skateboarding after putting it off for years. The lessons are beginner friendly and the instructors explain techniques in a simple way.

My teenager has been enjoying every lesson so far. The instructor is patient and encouraging, and the booking process was easy. Support replies were fast whenever we needed assistance.
