Gostand Reviews

I ordered a desk from these guys over 5 years ago and I have been super happy with my standing desk. My partner needed an upgrade to her desk so went with these guys again, everything came pre-drilled with inserts, all the addons we specified in the build were present and assembling the desk was sooooo much easier this way.

Extremely happy with the desk, the communication and the ease of setup. Durability is without a doubt there since I ordered from these guys over 5 years ago with no issues!

I personally recommend the Inserts addon, it makes setup SOOOO EASY! Since it's my second time building one of these, going with the inserts is much better. If you ever need to dis-assemble the desk and move it, the inserts make that super easy!

Wish I could give this 0 stars

Dreadful experience. Seperate instruction manuals for two of the same order- highlighter and handwritten notes on one "because people often get that bit wrong". Damage to the table top because the instructions and equipement provided were wrong- assembled by an experienced carpenter. Worth clarifiying the motorised aspect works very well, but the trouble started when interacting with customer support.

Wouldn't speak on the phone, wouldn't share a reps name eeen in ticket responses because of historic abuse of staff (more on that shortly). A complete blame the customer mentality from the off, no seeking toi understand, rather 'what did you do wrong'. Conversation escalated from there- whole support team goes on holiday. Compensation demanded and refused, blame the carpenter, claim abuse when their own language is quoted back to them (cry wolf much), close out the ticket, refuse to interact. Genuinely the worst customer experience ever, especially given 1000 euro was spent.

The irony is this was a test run for a 25 desk order they have now missed out on. Avoid like the plague.

No doubt they'll petition to have this removed- evidence can be provided

Great customer service when my desk-top went missing in transit resolving the issue quickly with great communication. Tavle is really good quality and setup was pretty straightforward. Would definitly purchase from again!
