Exceptional customer service and prompt communication even out of normal business hours on the Saturday evening 03/01/2026 whilst New Year Festivities were still ongoing. Truly an amazing experience to have my order processed that evening and have it picked up by FedEx on Monday and shipped via International Priority even though I paid for flat rate normal shipping and only because I requested Urgent Delivery in my order!!!
Stellios, the Managing Director, truly went above and beyond to fulfill my order and upgraded it to International Priority at no extra cost, even though he could've done it on Monday morning without any interruption to his New Year celebrations!!!
Outstanding!!! 👏👏👏
