Legitimate service for extreme emergencies, but expect high fees and a chaotic process
This service is 100% legitimate, even though the entire process feels incredibly sketchy and like a scam at first. Their messages are full of bad misspellings and they send links for huge payments, but you can actually trust them to deliver.
I am a Lithuanian citizen flying out of Osaka, Japan, and mistakenly thought I didn't need a visa for Vietnam. I realized my mistake at night, on a weekend, less than 12 hours before my flight.
The Cost & Negotiation:
It is incredibly expensive. The visa processing itself was $320 USD. On top of that, they added an extra $80 USD fee for "waiting time" (whatever that means). To make matters more stressful, they initially told me the extra fee would be $70, but changed their mind 20 minutes later and asked for $90. I managed to negotiate them down to $80, bringing my total cost to $400 USD.
The Results:
Immediately after payment, they emailed me an official visa invitation letter, which was exactly what I needed to board my plane from Osaka.
When I landed in Vietnam, the process was straightforward. I followed the arrival signs, and a representative was waiting for me right before immigration. I did have to wait around 4 to 5 hours at the airport while they finalized the paperwork. Once it was ready, they literally AirDropped the visa to my phone, and I successfully entered the country.
Verdict:
If you are stranded at night on a weekend before a flight, they will save your trip. Just be prepared for high costs, weird communication, and a long wait at the airport.

Linda was very helpful and was able to get me a fast track visa in under 40 minutes. Sadly on arrival into Hanoi the representative that met me at the airport was hassling me for additional cash and tried to walk me to an ATM, he did give up after a few minutes and I was able to clear customs.

OMG SO FAST
Linda was so helpfull. I put my wrong birthday on my visa. Was at airport they would not let me board. Had the new visa paper work within 3 minutes of completing the payment. It would have cost me more money if I would have had to rebook my flight.

Prompt, excellent service
I discovered an issue with my visa about a day and a half before my flight to Vietnam, so I used their 24-hour service in order to reapply for a visa that would be correct.
Where this service really stood out to me was that, despite me discovering the issue on a Sunday night, my agent Jasmine from govietnamvisa.com was available almost immediately after I entered my information. She gathered all the additional information she needed from me that night, so she was then able to get the ball rolling as soon as the immigration office was opened on Monday morning. My visa was processed and validated by Monday afternoon without any issues.
My advice if you use this service - make sure you have your phone on you and you are checking it often, sometimes the immigration office needs more information in order to process the visa. If I had not responded to an inquiry, I may not have had my visa on time.
Overall, excellent service. Definitely not fun being in this situation, but if I ever had another issue with a Vietnam visa, I would definitely use them again
