Enjoyed the fact being able to complete online. I didn't like having to go through all the upgrades that kept popping up. I used tech support via chat and Govi answered my questions.

What a huge waste of money. All these people did was type out the passport application forms . I still have to make an appointment. I thought they were submitting the forms to the government for me since they had all the paperwork needed.

Their advertising is deceptive at best
Their advertising is deceptive at best. If you are just looking to renew a passport, go to your nearest postoffice, fill out the paperwork, and pay the filing fee. If you use gov+.com, they will do this for you and charge you and additional $159. For the service.

Total scam!
Total scam!! Charged upon signup and didn’t provide any access to actual appointment. We showed up for 3 scheduled appointments at different locations only to be turned away due to various reasons. We had all the appropriate documents and completed enrollment. We were notified we were confirmed. That meant nothing, each vender wasn’t currently able to process our TSA PreCheck. Then to add insult to injury, we found in our credit card account that we had two other random charges that we were not informed of that we had no idea what they were for.
Strongly recommend staying away from this so-called service. Only use US government website for TSA applications.
