I'm happy with the quick visa response and always glad to visit Dubai.

Please don't deal. They are bunch of liars. It's 7days since I applied for 14days visa and they have been telling one story to the other. I have asked them to cancel so that I can apply through other channels but they refused. Their platform says 2 to 3days but it's not true. I applied for my friends through other channel same day i applied through them but those ones came out after 24hours. We are all above 45years. My friends live in Nigeria while i have UK settled status. Please beware.

Today 5th May, yet no visa, no word from them. It's more than 2weeks. I sent someone to the office address in Dubai and they are no where to be found. Your guess should be as good as mine.

So I got my visa today 14/05/26. I had to fly to Lagos to UAE consulate to pay visa fee $69 and N433k DVN verification fee with other seamless protocol. I was guided and supported by the staff at the embassy visa section Abuja. I owe him much gratitude for his support.

Horrible service, not given full transparency. I have strong proof my form wasn't even filled correctly. My name on the Dubai Immigration portal was spelt wrong suggesting other mistakes on my visa application. Very reluctant and AI generated email responses provided when I asked for substantiation of the completed application form and proofs I provided, this is to confirm if these were accurately passed onto Immigration officers. Do not use these cowboys ever

It took 6 weeks to received my visa while on the visa was clearly printed that was issue on the next day I submitted the application, which affects my travel plans and I have only 2 weeks to utilize my visa
The agent kept brushing me off by saying due to additional “security checks.” However on the visa it was clearly printed the visa was issued on the next day of submission. Very poor service.
