My husband and I booked a tour to Portugal using Goway travel. Working with Phoebe was a pleasure. She responded promptly and professionally to all of my requests, concerns and queries. Our trip was filled with lovely details and unexpected treasures.

My trip to China was a wonderful experience, and everything was planned very well. The itinerary was well organized by Ms. Harpreet Litt. The arrangements were smooth, and the overall trip was enjoyable.
I appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent coordination throughout the journey. It was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend this trip to anyone planning to visit China!

Harpreet Litt provided us with a rich experience for our week. She offered good choices for local tour companies. We had a very good guide in Osaka. She is an Osaka resident with good English skills. She took extra pains to include opportunities we requested Osaka was a beautiful city at night. My photos of restaurants and street food were colorful and fun. Food was good too.

I had a fantastic experience working with Lisa D. on the Goway team. She was helpful, attentive and made sure we were comfortable with our bookings and itinerary before departure, and also checked in with us following our trip. Would definitely book with Goway again!

The overall tour was excellent. Well set up with enough free time, yet able to see lots with many tours included. Meals were excellent along with opportunities to go on our own to experience local cuisine.
As one of the Tour Guides on this group, we had an experience with Karen from Thompson's while in Cape Town. The day that we were to have a city tour, she was totally unprepared and we wasted 3 hours walking through a city park and saw a castle. This should have been set up better and planned out. Our driver was very tired one day driving to Stellenbosch, so we asked him to be replaced. Karen then asked that we give the Driver, Regis's tips to her, because she felt that she did more work than him. This is unacceptable in my opinion. Regis did a fantastic job and I sure hope he didn't lose his job over this. All of the other tours went well and our tour guides were excellent. We had Jabu in JNB and Reason in Victoria Falls. Excellent tours with very knowledgable people. We were well taken care of.

Absolutely incredible trip! From beginning to end! All accommodations were excellent. If you want to experience Safaris this trip will fulfill all your expectations! A special thanks to our driver we had for our entire trip Evans! He made our trip over the top! The Hot air balloon ride in the Masai Mara is a must…it’s breathtaking!

Lori Mezzomo and the team at Goway Travel are fantastic! Lori helped plan a 3-week Australia trip for our family of 5. Our teenage boys enjoyed exploring Sydney, Uluru, Cairns and the Gold Coast. Highlights included a Sydney Harbour Bridge walk, sunrise hike around Uluru, snorkeling with turtles on the Great Barrier Reef, and surfing on the gold coast. Lori did a fantastic job of creating an itinerary that was engaging for our teenage boys and relaxing for the parents... not an easy task! Michael at Goway Travel was great to work with. We were planning a pre-trip with him prior to a group tour. He worked with us to hit the special places we wanted to visit and things we wanted to do. The accommodations arranged exceeded our expectations. Local guides were all amazing. This was the third trip we booked through Goway, and we will definitely book with them again in the future

I am a travel advisor, and this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Goway as a supplier partner.

Goway sent me a written booking confirmation dated August 12 showing that my clients were booked for two nights at a particular hotel in Italy. When my clients arrived, however, the hotel only had them booked for one night. They were forced to pay an additional €250 out of pocket for accommodation.

I provided Goway with screenshots of the confirmation they sent me, including the date and the two-night stay clearly shown on the document. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that their internal system only showed one night, and they initially refused to take responsibility for the discrepancy.

As a travel advisor, I have to be able to rely on the written confirmations supplied by a tour operator. If the confirmation I receive from a supplier does not match what has actually been booked, that puts both my clients and my own professional reputation at risk.

What has been most disappointing is not simply that a booking error occurred. Mistakes can happen. It is Goway’s unwillingness so far to acknowledge and correct the problem despite being shown their own documentation.

My clients should not have had to absorb a €250 expense caused by a reservation that did not match the confirmation Goway provided to me.

I have escalated the matter through management and through my host agency because I believe other travel advisors should be aware of this experience when deciding which suppliers they can confidently trust with their clients.

Goway Travel has South Pacific travel Consultant and they are all very experienced. ALICE was the agent who took care of my travel to Australia and she suggested best hotel accommodations excursions and worked within my budget. I had wonderful trip without any problems. Alice was very helpful and we are planning another trip will contact her.

Alice Teramoto Put together a perfect trip to Aitutaki and Rarotonga. The tours she included added to the experience. She was the glue to combine the complete package and would highly recommend her services.

We just came back from a wonderful trip to Portugal. From the time I contacted Goway until now, I have been more than satisfied with our experience. Our agent Michael put together a 8 day package with all the requirements we had asked for. The 8 day trip went so seamless & took all the stress off us travelling in Portugal. Michael not only listened to what we wanted, but he was so quick to respond to all of our calls, emails & concerns. The transfers, hotels & tours he arranged were the best.
