Very thorough service and transparent on fees.

Zeal were incredible from the start. Explained everything in simple terms , everyone very friendly and efficient. I almost didn't do this as assumed we wouldn't qualify and it would be really complicated, thank goodness I did as they have saved us a fortune in tax !!!

We have used Zeal for Capital Allowances for 5 of our properties, and I cannot recommend Matt and the team more highly. From start to finish the service has been exemplary, and questions etc have always been answered in a way that is understandable and made sense. Finally, if you own a property and have not looked into Capital Allowances do it! Its super easy and the savings were far greater then we ever expected.

Process was very quick and easy. Comms were via email and telephone, in an easy to understand language, no financial jargon and the process was explained fully.

I used zeal on some corporation tax savings based on their surveys and calculation, all seemed fine. Please be aware, the second they send you the tax documents the full amount becomes due even if you have not filed your accounts and that money is not available, they have been chasing me for in excess of £10k with debt collectors. It’s a really horrific experience and I advise people if you are going through it, ensure you have all the savings ready as cash up front as they don’t accept it to wait. I have had to start the process of shutting my business down due to their poor practises. Be aware of the sleek sales pitch, it’s actually a scam and when it comes to it they just instruct debt collectors to get their money instead of waiting till the accounts have been filed.

Thomas and all of his colleagues were responsive and helpful throughout the process. I am very glad that I eventually committed to making the claim. It was effortless and my fears were unfounded!

Mathew my case manager and all the other Zeal staff I dealt with were extremely clear and professional and delivered what they said they would. They were patient and explained everything along the way.
