As everyone else said, they locked us out of a software WE ALREADY PAID FOR (I bought my Appsumo licence in 2021, so they definitely received payment!)

I cannot even add a review on Appsumo. I am never buying lifetime licences ever again. There is no support from this company, they are scammers.

Stay very far away from this software, I invested a fair amount of money in it so they could grow, but suddenly they put me back on a trial. This is 1 big gang of cheaters, are only after your money. I lost my money, don't lose your money.These are rather scammers, scum. Greetings from Belgium

Unethical business practices. I've been purchasing Gozenforms and optinly through the company since October 10, 2022. Positive reviews were more or less bought with additional features. And now, after more than 3 years of use, during which I could have said a lot of bad things about the support, they simply block all forms and accounts without warning. The reason is probably that AppSumo withheld part of the commission. Mind you, the main purchase was 3 years ago and I paid for everything correctly 3 years ago. My support requests have not been responded to. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company with a lifetime deal. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but with this way of treating customers, I'll make an exception today. If you haven't been lucky enough to be a customer there yet, you shouldn't become one. My recommendation is to stay away.

After more than a year of using it, after purchasing it via Appsumo, not a single new feature has been implemented.
I’ve always had issues accessing the platform. Support sometimes didn’t respond at all, or would get back to me after weeks.
Now, after over a year, I suddenly found all my forms blocked because, according to them, Appsumo didn’t pay them their commissions — so Gozen thought it was a good idea to shut down the accounts of all customers who came through Appsumo. Absolutely ridiculous.
I had ad campaigns running that pointed to the questionnaire, and they changed the rules without any warning.

Terrible experience from our point of view.
We didn’t receive any email notifying us about the issue.

And the most absurd part?
They said that if we wanted to have the forms working again, we’d need to pay for an additional subscription (on top of the lifetime deal we already paid for, which was supposed to give lifetime access). I ended up paying for the subscription, and what happened? The forms are still blocked, and support doesn’t reply.
Even worse, on the support chat it says “I’m here 24/7.” Feels like a bad joke.

Avoid it. Terrible service.

Gozen products are terrible. Stay away from them.
Almost all Early supporters with Lifetime Deals were locked out from using their products and support is not replying any messages.

The interface is great but they randomly locked over 20 of my forms for no reason. Now I can’t even use them! This has ruined so many automations in my business and there’s no option to unlock them?! 3 other users I know of the software have also experienced the same. Plus their customer service is terrible

I have Gozen form lifetime premium account. Form building work well. But other features with Form that is important doesn't work, such as Stripe integration, and email notification that used to be part of premium. Now form notification is add-on service.

Once you opt-in, you are on your own, No support & no help video's.. mails doesn't seems to be landing to inbox either..waste of money

Got the appsumo deal but didnt have time to try it out other than some basic testing. When I finally got around to using it, I discovered its completely unusable, so many bugs, so many things dont work as expect and the worst part is there is no way to get any support. For anyone in doubt if this is an accurate review, just try to find any contact on their website other than sales.

I have found GoZen Growth to be unusable. Customer support is terrible. We couldn't send our emails when we needed to. I purchased via AppSumo which provide a refund if the product is not satisfactory. When I was on an onboarding call they asked me to get a refund from Appsumo and purchase from them direct. This is a SCAM because the software did not work and they promised a refund and then went back on their promise. There are many other better products. Stay away.

Requested to cancel my account, was told that it will be authorised, 4 months on and they are still charging money from my account. They do not respond to my messages or requests but they are happy to email me invoices every month.

GoZen has been beyond amazing. I have tried a few vendors but I have a slightly less standard situation (my host for IMAP, sendgrid for outbound). Gozen just makes it easy where other services are complicated. Whether you are a beginner or advanced user you will find what you need here. It just works! And honestly that's more important than anything else, but they have a great support team and a nicely designed UI too.
