The whole remortgage process went smoothly and to time. Many thanks to Ikra Hussain, the case handler, who did an excellent job. She was very proactive, responsive and professional.

Approach with caution. I simply applied for a re-mortgage which I would have thought would have been fairly straightforward. It all started off Ok and they seemed to be on the case. It was after a couple of weeks the service dropped. I was sent forms to complete that were inaccurate which only slowed down the process. Communication was very poor. All in all it took nearly 6 months to complete.

Parleen Arora was my lawyer though this remortgage. She was so helpful and considerate.could not have asked for any one better. Great company!

This was particularly impressive as it was taking place over the holiday period and there was a tight timescale as my existing mortgage deal was about to run out. i was hugely grateful and would recommend them and use them again.
