Excellent course!

Bonsy Yelsangi is a superb instructor and ran the 2 day CSM training very well.

The material is straight forward and easy to understand. She provides logical examples that truly help you grasp the overall concepts. I highly recommend the course and instructor

You double charged me for a course who value actually is less then the actual price of the course.

Raj Kasturi was an exceptional instructor. Not only does he have a masterful understanding of the course content, but as an experienced educator myself, I can also attest to his mastery of the art of teaching. His unique and highly effective approach fosters collaboration, a growth mindset, humility, and positive energy. I would gladly seek out Raj as an instructor for any future course.

The scheduling and purchase procedure was straightforward and easy. The trainers are high quality, and the descriptions of the courses were accurate.

Training was good but they have not yet sent me the additional learning courses i paid for!

Bonsy is a true professional SCRUM Guru! Not only did she run an efficient and effective training, but she did so in a very meta way by building the course inside 2 working sprints. She also had the most clever solutions to our questions and scenarios. I'm not sure 5 stars are enough. She's that good.

The course was very interactive which helped to stay focused and engaged. Also, it was obvious Bonsy knew and was passionate about what she was teaching. I felt extremely prepared for the test and passed every sample test I took. I recommend this class 100%. Great job!

I really enjoyed my time taking this course! The content was intentional and comprehensive. Plenty of real-world examples without straying too far from what's actually applicable to the exam. Bonsy Yelsangi was an excellent instructor and made a weekend course engaging and enjoyable instead of just making it a box to be checked. I would recommend this course to anyone starting down the path of Scrum Master!

The training was excellent. The course was very well designed and delivered, making the two-day session both engaging and valuable. The instructor , Bonsy Yelsangi, was clearly highly experienced and conducted the training professionally. She presented the content effectively, ensuring that every topic was relevant and meaningful, with no time wasted.

The exercises and interactive activities were especially beneficial, as they encouraged participants to collaborate, share ideas, and learn from one another. The balance between theory and practical application helped reinforce the learning experience.

Overall, this was a highly rewarding training program, and I gained valuable knowledge and insights that I can apply in my work. It was a very positive and enjoyable learning experience.

In addition to the excellent training experience, the support team was also extremely helpful and responsive. I needed to switch my training dates, and Mark Webb assisted me promptly and efficiently. He made the process seamless and ensured that I felt well supported and taken care of throughout. His excellent customer service further enhanced my overall experience with the program.

It was Good learning experience, materials were informative for the exams..

Course was good overall and appreciated the hands on exercises and the instructor was well knowledgeable and engaging.
One issue was that the course notes distributed was different with the actual presentation format and instructor spoke quite fast throughout even after asked to slow down so a bit challenging to follow at times.

Raj was an excellent instructor! He was very engaging, had great examples to tie into our learning, and used everyday life stories to really help us understand the material and had us laughing all the way through! It hardly seemed like a class, but we left with a deep understanding of the material because of it! 10 out of 10!

I enjoyed the interactive training aids and working with the fellow students in the breakout rooms.

I appreciate how easy it was to sign up for the course and our instructor was great at facilitating and helping everyone in the class.

I recently took the Certified Scrum Master class with Bonsy over the weekend, and it was great. The session was incredibly informative and broke down the entire Agile framework in a way that actually made sense. Bonsy kept the energy up and used great real-world examples rather than just reading off slides. I came away feeling confident and ready to apply everything I learned to my current workflow. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to truly understand Scrum.
