Units are nice, but horrible (effectively useless) return policy and relatively slow shipping

Very informative and instructional, which led us to our best choice. I grab bars the second day after ordered. Also, to my surprise, they were and well packed with recyclable packing.

GrabBars offers a wide selection of styles in numerous widths, including 16" and 32", which fit the vast majority of applications. I thought their prices reasonable, and delivery was fast.

They arrived in just a few days. Quite happy.

The variety of colors and style was unbelievable. The staff I spoke to via email were grate and answered all my questions. The bars came in quickly and they are great and they are installed. The brass grab bars are strong and look nice, not institutional at all. The ones I bought have an art deco back plate. They arrived quickly and were easy to install. And the price was excellent.

Everything was well packaged and the bars feel sturdy and look great. The contractor has not installed them yet, but the long screws should have no problem holding these firmly to a strong wooden backing. Would definitely buy from again.

This is our second time ordering grab bars from GrabBars.com. They are more attractive than many and certainly sturdy. The first time I misordered an accessory and I was able to return it without a problem. Highly recommend!

I’m in the process of remodeling my bathroom. I had several other grab bars, I did not really liking for various reasons. Then I stumbled across grab bars.com. I found what I was looking for ordered Monday and it was delivered on Christmas Eve 2 days later. Which was amazing considering it’s the holidays. The grab bar is exactly what I was looking for great quality and perfect length. It has not been installed as of yet. But my contractor will be installing it soon! Thank you

Great product looks way more sturdier that ones at my local hardware store and the prices are unbeatable. Same or better quality than the ones I saw at the medical supply stores. Shipped quick and arrived just in time. Recommend you buy the drill bits too.
