Made my call placed my order. Customer service was great! My Wave Grab Bar arrived and it’s a beauty, it’s being installed today. I got the wave in chrome and it’s a little fancier than just the plane grab bars.

Easy to order on line. Arrived when expected. Packaged very well so bar arrived intact.

First of all, I bought some thinner bars advertised on GrabBar.com to replace my bulky existing shower grab bars. When they arrived, they were not like the advertised picture and as bulky as what I was trying to replace. Return charges included both shipping charges and a restocking fee! Two months later, I called Jasmine at GrabBar, who was lovely hence the 2 star review, to inquire about my refund. Jasmine said the item was received damaged and that the Email stating this did not go through! The item WAS damaged in her sent photo even though it was packaged exactly as received. I did not get a picture of the box to see if the box was damaged! I spent $191.13 and shipping charges for nothing! Buyer Beware I’m sticking to Amazon! Much better costomer service! If the product was advertised as it truly looks, this never would have happened. It’s not the thin, curvy bar as advertised but an ugly chunk bar!

Arrived in record time. It’s exactly what I expected. And a perfect match to what I already have. Can’t thank you enough. I couldn’t find what I needed in the big box stores but you came to the rescue!

Truly appreciate the quality product and quick delivery. All items were carefully packaged, with NO damage to anything received. Side note, DON'T use the contractor "Bay Grab Bar, Bill Essert" as recommended by GrabBars.

His overhead is outrageous, appalling to senior citizens on a fixed income. I used a REAL licensed contractor for a fraction of Bill's estimate - about $1k for two grab bars and a shower seat. Home Safety Services Inc (888)388-3811 can install their own grab bars and shower seat, or they'll charge you the labor to install the grab bars and shower seat you purchase if it's ADA certified. I purchased my Mom's safety products with GrabBars.com and I'm very pleased.

I ordered two designer series grab bars in brushed. The bars arrived, crammed into one small cardboard box. There was no packing. The bars were in plastic sleeves. I opened one of the bars. It looked like cheap metal and very industrial. I requested a return, knowing there was a 20% restocking fee. I contacted Grab Bars customer service for a return authorization. I packed the bars in the original box exactly as they had been shipped to me. There was a small ding on one of the flanges on one of the bars. They would not accept the return! I had to pay an additional $10 to have the grab bar shipped back to my home. I will find an outhouse fitting of the cheap, industrial grab bar. The only thing shittier (no pun intended) than grabbars.com products is their customer service. Don’t be fooled by their low prices - they’re not inexpensive; they’re CHEAP!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM grab bars.com!

I haven’t installed them yet, but the grab bars I ordered are just what I expected and were delivered on time. While deciding what to order, my questions were answered clearly and timely. I recommend grab bars.com
