This company is NOT UK based but in China. The products are extremely poor quality. I am currently trying to arrange a return for full refund but have had to provide photos of my items, a handwritten note with my order number photographed next to the item. It's completely insane. I have been offered a 15% refund to keep items 'so I can pass onto a friend' which suggests how they make their money by making the returns process ridiculous and expensive having to pay to ship back to China!! These people are scammers, particularly the "14 days money back guaranteed" caption. I am going to report and try and recover the money from my credit card company.
6th June - update:
So credit card company advised that if I pay for return shipping within 14 days of delivery, these people are bound by consumer law to fully refund my purchase. Sadly I can't reclaim return shipping costs of £30 tracked via Royal Mail. My order of 3 pairs of shoes cost £114, so out of principle I've sent them back and expect a refund. I've tracked the status today and the returns are in China currently going through customs clearance. I will keep you posted to end result, but if I don't receive refund from these scammers I've followed protocol to claim on credit card.

I'm writing that my experience is much like the other reviews. Ordered from what I thought was a UK company, took forever to get my order, when I opened it, it was a very cheap version of what's advertised. When I requested a return, the requirements to receive a shipping label were highly specific and odd. The explanation given for the reason there are not free returns was utter nonsense. I discovered when I received the shipping label thatI had to ship at my expense to China. Terrible business practices. Avoid at all costs.

You are led to believe that the company is based in UK , you're led to believe the quality is outstanding,all is FALSE ! It Chinese crap, shipped from China... Avoid at all cost, you've been warned.

Appalling. Dress is cheap & nasty: the colour is dull rather than vibrant as in the photos, it is shoddily made, the material is very poor quality and the fit is not true to size. Returns policy is designed to ensure that you won't bother. AVOID. Truly appalling.

Never, never never use this company. They make out like they're this charming little boutique based in London, but they're not. All products are made in/sent from China. I ordered a jacket for £35 and the quality was APPALLING, the seams were open, there were bits fraying off. The eyelets didn't even meet to button the buttons. I requested a return - but I will only get my money back if I post the jacket back to... China. They are total cowboys, they send these utterly sickly sweet emails making out like they want to help - but they do nothing. I've sent them a photo of the fault - and they just tell me to post it back... to China. At my own expense.

As others have said! Grave and Rose are a scam company falsely advertising as being based in London! The quality is terrible and the returns are to china so cost more than the quality of the item.

Omg in a battle with this company to get money back. These shoes are on amazon for £15 per pair....my friend paid £35 per pair. She don't think she is going to be refunded but with me on her side she will! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Would rate it as 0 stars if I could. Bought sandals. Company a total scam takes ages to arrive appalling quality and fit, just cheap copies of what’s on their website . Really bad smell from packaging as all badly glued together. Wish I had read the reviews first . AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Absolutely nothing like advertised, cheap, nasty fabric, shoddily made and shite fit! Don’t waste your money.

Alas I was also sucked in to thinking I was going to get a nice pair of shoes. Absolutely rubbish. As soon as the parcel arrived. Alarm bells rang. Cheaply packed and no hope in sending them back. SCAM.

I was well and truly fooled by this...paid £35 for sandals that are not worth more than £5. And the ad suggested they were discounted from £145! This company uses fake identities making them look like up market boutiques but actually based in China and cheap, cheap, cheap!

Really cross that I've fallen for this and didn't read reviews before I bought. The pic is clearly of someone else's product and the shoes that arrived are cheap and nasty copies. Returns process involves jumping through hoops and then paying for the cost of returning them to Asia!
Don't touch with a barge pole. Scam.

Stay away. I ordered a dress what i didn't know is that it would take 3 weeks to arrive from China. However that's just the first issue. The dress was so badly sized the top half being so small it didn't close by about 5inches. To return the product they are asking for photos and to date I haven't received any return instructions. The dress also stinks. Stay away total scam.

Advertised on Instagram, looked great. Received the shoes, which looked like they were made from paper. Awful smell of glue too.
Returns seem to be far too difficult.
Clearly a foreign company despite the references to London.

How the hell is this company allowed to sell advertise and scam buyers! Looks like a lovely little uk company but in reality coming from China!! Before you buy check reviews I’ve not received mine yet but not expecting much and seems returns are not welcome!!!’ Never again I agree with all negative comments!

Do not ever buy from this company. It's a Chinese garbage not worth the tenth of the price. Won't be even bothering with customer service cause I know it won't get my anywhere.

These shoes are worst quality ever! Really angry with myself for not checking the reviews first. I will try and return but looking at the reviews I doubt it will happen. AVOID at all costs

The quality of the goods I received is appalling. They are not as advertised. In order to send them back this is what I have to do:
