The feature promised in the theme description aren't what it is after you bought the product. The theme Pro feature that they show you in the pictures isn't really there after you bought it. You have to make a feedback and they WILL THEN code it in for you. Don't buy from them, ain't worth the price.

A great theme... adjustable to any retail needs... and fast and accurate service... not really a problem with the theme itself but they helped fix my issue within hours.

I used the Elevation PRO theme, which has several customizable features that fits my website. The customer service is usually very fast to reply and happy to help.

gracethemes where absolutely deserver 5start for there support and help. what i love was instant replies over email. that i have never seen before. usually support takes time reply and resulotion but this somthing different.
