After unsuccessfully looking for the right job for a couple months I was becoming a bit disheartened. Thankfully GradBay have secured me a dream entry level role to kick off my career. Setting up a profile was really easy, all you have to do is fill out a few details and answer some easy questions about yourself on video. Within a week of signing up to GradBay I had an interview, and within a couple weeks I had found employment! I received help and support from Leah (one of GradBay’s dedicated recruitment consultants) at every step of the recruitment process. This has been the most straightforward, stress free experience I’ve ever had with a recruitment agency and I’m incredibly grateful.

If you are looking for a job, particularly if you don't have years of prior experience, Gradbay is literally amazing. I spent months on ending trying to find a job independently, always finding that the job descriptions required a lot of experience, or the pay was shockingly bad.
But when I started using Gradbay, suddenly many job opportunities that exactly fit my experience, education, job interests and expected salary, started coming my way.
Within one single month, they found me an amazing job which I will now be starting in 2 weeks! I wish I used them from the very start because the amount of genuine effort and enthusiasm that was put into my work search is crazy.
