Great customer service

Very good price, quick delivery. I'm satisfied about product

Good communication - easy to contact, and quick response regarding existing order/purchases, and new order arrived in a day.

Very happy with my purchase, it arrived really quickly and the condition was immaculate. It was well packaged in the original box.

Really helpful all the way through, from placing the order to time of arrival, no glitches at all.

good product! i bought New Sonos speaker and so good! fast delivery

Delivered very quickly and safely. The box and and monitor inside were just like Brand New and the clarity compared to our old monitor is incredible. I would definitely recommend this company and will have no hesitation in buying from them again.

I had such a great experience with Grade A Technology Ltd! Their service was excellent. The shipping was fast and everything arrived just as expected. It was a pleasure to do business with them, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

I received a great product from Grade A Technology. A refurbished Macbook Pro with no scratches and a great battery. It looks brand new instead of 4 years old. I'm loving it.

I had a very bad experience with another refurbisher previously so it's important to find one you trust. Grade A seems to really take pride in their craft and I would not hesitate to use them again!!!

Very fast service and very nice price for the pc I bought would 100% recommend them

Fantastic service from a great team of experts. Hughly recommended!

I purchased an iPad 9th Generation online after a lot of searching. I've never purchased anything refurbished before so was a little unsure if I was doing the right thing. Well I shouldn't have worried as the pad cam super quick and in amazing condition. Even had a case and screen protector on.
I have turned it on and all looks great, can't set up as it is a present for Christmas, so hopefully my daughter will be as happy with it as I am.
Thankyou.

Fast delivery

Ok,very good.

Quick and efficient, arrived the next day, item purchased was in superlative condition

Great service and great product, I will definitely recommend.

It's an amazing little company. I bought the Sonos Five Speaker for a steal of a price, and I couldn't be happier.

I got notified throughout delivery about the progress of the package which put my mind at ease. Don't know what else to say but it is a great company that I will use again.

Purchased a 16" 2021 MacBook pro from gradeA, arrived promptly within a few days and in amazing condition! It came with all original accessories and box at a much cheaper price than the ones I'd been looking at elsewhere. Could highly recommend to anyone looking for a like new refurbished item.

The Grade A MacBook Pro I purchased was received well packaged (including an Apple MacBook box with accessories) by courier in less than 24hrs. The MacBook looks ‘like new’ and fully functional. My pre-purchase telephone query was answered immediately - no waiting in a queue or ‘selections’ to make. A truly first class service and I can ‘Highly Recommend’ the Company without hesitation.
