Dismissive and unprofessional relocation support
I had a disappointing experience with my Graebel relocation coordinator.
One of my biggest concerns was the cost of breaking my apartment lease. When I tried to explain my situation and ask about the financial implications, she referred to her previous experience working in property management and repeatedly told me to simply pay. I felt she did not listen to my circumstances or meaningfully address my questions.
During our conversation, she also shifted the topic to my pet behind me while I was trying to discuss important relocation concerns. In that context, I found this unprofessional and felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously.
There were also repeated requests to confirm my work authorization after I had already emailed her confirmation from the immigration team that I was ready to start.
I understand that relocation involves documentation and policy requirements. However, I expected respectful communication, attention to the information I had already provided, and clear guidance on significant financial concerns. Instead, I found the communication rude and dismissive.
When I tried to submit feedback through the survey, the link had expired. I am sharing my experience here because I would like Graebel to review the quality of support provided.
