I was quite excited about winning an auction for a watch I had been admiring for a considerable time. After successfully winning the auction, I was prompted by Grailzee to submit my identification and proof of funds. I complied with this request. Subsequently, I received an email from the seller (whose name and company name were not disclosed) requesting a copy of my identification. This made me feel rather uncomfortable, and I then requested to cancel the order. As a result, I am now obligated to pay $325 to Grailzee. I would advise against making purchases from this company.

I was the highest bidder of the Rolex 2026, new with box and papers. But my bid didn't make to Seller's reserve. So, I negotiated with the Seller post auction. Just $200 more I got the watch. After wiring the money to the Seller, 3 days later I received the brand new Rolex 2026 from FedEx. I consider the transaction was smooth and real. 15k plus buyer fee and shipping $840 for a new Rolex Submariner 2026 in my opinion is not bad at all.

Grailzee kept me informed during the entire process. The authentication process is great. It puts you at peace knowing the purchase is legit.

I purchased a watch through Graizlee that was listed as a 2026 model. The process was good, which is why I gave it a review os 2 stars and not 1 star. After receiving the item, I discovered it is actually a 2025 model, which is a material difference and not what was advertised.

I immediately contacted Graizlee’s support system, providing clear evidence of the discrepancy, but my refund request was also denied.

I attempted to resolve this in good faith at every step, which included direct communication with platform support. Unfortunately, no resolution or accountability was provided despite the clear misrepresentation of the product listing.

I asked for a full refund and for a shipping label.
I was given the option of receiving a $50 refund, or placing the watch for sale with no fees. However, they would not refund my fee or shipping.

I was informed that the watch is considered a 2026, because the warranty card shows a sell date or March 26. I shared that when I bought a new car this January, it was listed as a 2025, and that the warranty started when I bought the car for the 5 years, just as it would have been if I had bought it last year.

At this point, I have had to escalate the matter through my bank due to the lack of support in resolving what is, in my view, a straightforward “item not as described” case. The cost of the watch could only be paid through a wire, which should have been a red flag for me, however, I trusted Graizlee's authentication process.

I am sharing this experience so other buyers are aware to carefully verify listings and understand the limited recourse available if issues arise.

Collecting watches is supposed to be fun. With Grailzee it is anything but! In mid-March I won an auction on a Montblanc watch. I was provided with incorrect international wire instructions. This resulted in a returned wire, multiple trips to my bank, countless emails between Grailzee, my bank, the seller and myself. Every ounce of joy from the buying experience was sucked out of the process. Grailzee wanted to make it right in order to avoid receiving this exact review online. They did refund my expenses and offered me a waiver of their buy fee on my next purchase. Fast forward only 3.5 weeks. I win an auction on a Breitling. The transaction goes smoothly but my card is charged $250 for the buy fee. Nearly 2 weeks and several emails later and that money has not been refunded and I've been told I have to dig through a pile of emails to prove that Grailzee offered to waive the fee. The fact of the matter is that the company has grown too quickly and is being poorly run. They make their incompetence the customer's problem. Grailzee is a fun idea but there aren't any great deals on it. Other platforms offer better prices and no hassles. I have already been warned that Chase (the COO of the company) plans to post a response to my review. If he fails to admit that his employees dropped the ball on 2 out of 3 of my purchases his response should be disregarded. If he fails to acknowledge that Grailzee fell short in a number of areas and created several extremely frustrating and time-wasting experiences, he is not being forthcoming. One thing I've noticed is that Grailzee does answer negative reviews and shockingly (sarcasm intended) they have figured out a way to make every mistake they make the fault of the customer.

I had been searching for a specific Omega timepiece and found it on Grailzee. I was skeptical about this process, but I was quickly convinced this company is legitimate. I bid on several items but was outbidded, no worries just learning about the process. Finally when I found the timepiece I wanted…deal was done!
I would buy again from this company without question!!

Make entire process trouble free

Watch delivered today and it's missing at least five links 🔗 in the bracelet. Must have been worn by a dwarf with a smaller wrist than a female. Inspection and authentication was a waste of my money. I'm now buying three $97 links on eBay to make it fit and I may need four. I'm still requesting my $250 Grailzee service fee to be refunded by you or the seller. Very disappointed because I thought I was getting a good deal. Could have bought from a trusted seller for less. My dream daily wear watch is now a cautionary story to not trust dealers who intentionally unload a damaged watch that should have never been listed as a men’s timepiece. Seller called to tell me he lost $400 on this fraudulent auction because the watch didn’t have a reserve price and would not reimburse me for the missing links.
EDIT: Customer service refunded my service fee and gave me credit for my next purchase because the seller was not willing to help with my missing links. Will buy from Grailzee again.

I received my watch today. Took a hot minute to get the hang of bidding one with papers, warranty and negotiations for a value not market price the whole point for me. I agree negotiators work to exceed market value I passed on many before accepting a negotiated fee below what I believe to be market value from research. I hope to remain as pleased as I am today.

As a first-time user, I was initially hesitant about spending thousands of dollars on a watch online without being able to inspect it firsthand. However, my experience was very positive. Grailzee representatives reached out to me via text several times, which made the process feel more personalized and less transactional. The communication was prompt, and the entire process was significantly quicker than I had anticipated. The best part is that I no longer have to play the lame AD games anymore! I would definitely use Grailzee again without hesitation.

Fantastic customer service throughout my transaction.

This is a professional and legitimate way to purchase pre-owned luxury time pieces at very fair prices. The staff are helpful & supportive throughout the purchase experience. Only drawback may be that most sellers only accept wire transfers for purchase which can be a hassle.
