My experience was excellent from start to finish. The course was well organized, with clear explanations and plenty of hands-on practice. Dr. Sadiya was patient, knowledgeable, and very supportive, which helped me build my confidence in phlebotomy and cannulation.

I would also like to thank Shaymaa, my career guidance trainer, for taking the time to carefully review my CV and guide me in the right direction. Her advice was invaluable. The guidance for the job and one on one mock interview preparations helped me to gain my job in NHS with in a month after my phlebotomy training i am really so greatful for the support a d guidance.

Lectures were carried out with a small dedicated group, where everyone was committed to their learning, and offered support to each other. My learning needs was met by my very detailed and dedicated assessor Glory, and other members of the team. Classes were held weekly, where discussions were had on topics of assignments. I was kept abreast of all and any changes during the duration of the program. It was absolutely the best decision I made.

I learned a lot from the experience. The instructors were informed, encouraging, and always eager to assist. The management team was outstanding; they ensured that everything was done effectively and swiftly addressed learner inquiries. Additionally, my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management certificate was deliveredwithoutdelay. The after training services make the difference, the trac CV tips, the pre interview preps are simply amazing

It was an interesting moment learning with innovative ideas shared, relevant answers were given, as we ask questions. We heard group interaction and review to discuss about practicals with an open spirit to learn, food were served, supportive educators in a clean environment to provide explanation and assistance for assessment and assignments.

I paid £539 for a course and was refused a refund upon cancellation despite my rights under UK Consumer Law. This matter has since been escalated to the Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards. £539 is a significant sum and this experience has caused me considerable stress and financial difficulty. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.

I joined this company as a Phlebotomy and Cannulation Trainer, and it has now been over a year of working with the team. During this time, I have found the organisation to be highly professional, supportive, and genuinely committed to maintaining high standards in clinical training.

I really enjoyed the training alot the trainers were really nice and everyone who took the course was really great.

I had an amazing experience with grammartorial. It has been a life changing experience for me and I am more than excited. The tutors and organisers have been fantastic and impactful. I recommend them 100%. I hope this doesn’t end here but to come to Grammartorial for more training.
