Am fost surprins de personalul foarte amabil ,rapiditatea cu care se lucrează acolo,și nu în ultimul rand profesionalismul de care adat dovada echipa de medici

Столкнулся с необходимостью установки имплантов. В этой клинике ставил мой знакомый. Я поехал по его рекомендации месяц назад. Результатом доволен. Порадовало что это не рядовая стоматология в которой врачи иногда ставят импланты
Это клиника которая специализируется непосредственно на установке имплантов соответственно и квалификация врачей выше потому как каждый день делают одну и туже работа.
Прошел месяц после установки проблем нет.
Следующим визитом буду ставить коронки, но это уже через несколько месяцев

ich möchte mich von Herzen bei Ihnen allen bedanken.
Ich war viele Jahre meines Lebens unzufrieden mit meinen Zähnen. In Österreich habe ich sämtliche Möglichkeiten ausgeschöpft – von der Zahnspange bis hin zum Bleaching. Leider haben sich meine Zähne immer wieder verschoben, sodass ich trotz hoher Kosten nie das Ergebnis erreicht habe, das ich mir gewünscht habe.
Aus diesem Grund entschied ich mich schließlich, eine Klinik in Istanbul zu suchen, um mir Kronen machen zu lassen – und so bin ich auf die Grandesmile Clinic gestoßen. Diese Entscheidung hat mein Leben verändert.
Mein besonderer Dank gilt Atilla, meinem Betreuer. Er hat mich vom ersten Moment an bestens unterstützt und durch den gesamten Prozess begleitet. Ich hatte große Angst und viele Zweifel, doch Atilla hat sie mir genommen. Mit seiner einfühlsamen Art, seiner Geduld und seiner Menschlichkeit hat er mir Sicherheit gegeben. Er ist einer der besten Menschen, die ich je kennenlernen durfte, und hat mir geholfen, meinen Traum von einem schönen Lächeln zu verwirklichen.❤️❤️
Ebenso danke ich meinem behandelnden Arzt Dr. Kerem von Herzen. Mit großer Einfühlsamkeit, Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit ist er auf all meine Wünsche eingegangen und hat mir mein Lächeln zurückgeschenkt. Dafür bin ich ihm unendlich dankbar.💖❤️

Încep prin a mulțumi dl.dr.Ali,dl.dr.Cem și nu în ultimul rând d-nei Roxana de la GRAND SMILE CLINIC.Aceste rânduri le scriu ca un semn de mulțumire acestor oameni minunați dar și doresc să aduc un plus de încredere persoanelor care caută să-și refacă dantura și nu știu la cine să apeleze.Am avut probleme cu dantura de mai mult timp,în urmă cu 15 ani am pus proteze fixe pe amândouă arcade.Lucrarea de pe arcada superioară a început să-mi facă probleme,dinții pe care s-a fixat proteza sau deteriorat în timp și până la urmă a picat.Am început să caut pe internet,am luat legătura cu mai multe clinici din România,Albania,Rep.Moldova,Turcia,mai toate aveau același tipar în conversație:avem cei mai buni specialiști,clinică top,implant si coroane de ultimă generație,tratament inovator.Am încercat să contactez persoanele care au lăsat recenzii dar din păcate nimeni nu imi răspundea ceea ce mă punea în încurcătură să aleg o clinică.Am apelat la prieteni,colegi de muncă pentru o recomandare dar nimeni nu putea să-mi recomande vreo clinică.In tot acest timp am fost asaltat de oferte și de la clinici pe care nu le-am contactat,altele veneau și cu reduceri de preț,totul mă încurca și mai mult.De aceea las aici adresa mea de messenger(Nelu Timofte) pentru cei care caută o clinică serioasă și doresc o lămurire de care eu nu am avut parte când căutam.Este o perioadă grea,sunt bani pe care îi pui greu deoparte pentru a-ți îndeplini un vis și dorești un final fericit cu un zâmbet frumos și cu o mâncare care să aibe gust.Apoi mai în toate recenziile toți scriau că nu au avut dureri,că nu au simțit nimic că totul a fost roz.Eu vă zic că sunt dureri ,dar ușoare,suportabile ,de scurtă durată și că simți atunci când se lucra.Injecția de anestezie a fost ca și o pișcătură de țânțar,la extracții și în timpul implanturilor (12 la număr)nu am simțit nimic.Apoi urmează perioada de vindecare,în cazul meu am așteptat 4luni pentru că s-a făcut și adiție de os.Este o perioadă grea,am mâncat numai supă și totul mixat dar a fost și un lucru bun pentru că am slăbit vreo 7kg.Cineva imi spunea odată că orice rău e spre binele tău,aici chiar s-a nimerit.In final a venit și ziua mult așteptată sa nimerit să fie de Sf.Nicolae .Pentru mine Sf.Nicolae s-a transformat în dr.Ali ,cel care mi-a dăruit zâmbetul și gustul mâncării ,a fost o minune pt.mine.As mai avea mult de povestit dar mă opresc aici.Mulțumesc dl.dr.Ali,un doctor tânăr cu mâini binecuvântate de bunul D-zeu,dl.dr.Cem la fel un doctor tânăr cu experiență și nu în ultimul rând d-nei Roxana care mi-a fost alături tot timpul și îmi este alături în continuare,o doamnă cu suflet mare care știe să-ți aline durerea dar și să-ți ridice moralul în momentele de cumpănă pentru că în această perioadă chiar ai nevoie mare de o astfel de persoană.Mulțumesc întregii familii de la GRAND SMILE CLINIC pentru zâmbetul și gustul mâncării.IOAN TIMOFTE

Ich war im Juni und September 2025 in Behandlung der Grande Smile Clinic. Das gesamte Team, die Beratung und die Behandlung kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich war absolute Angstpatientin. Diese Angst wurde mir bereits am ersten Tag genommen. Keine Schmerzen bei 12 Implantaten und 24 Zirkonium-Kronen. Die Entscheidung für diese Klinik entstand durch den Erstkontakt per Telefon und Whatsapp mit Dolmetscher/Berater Atilla Merrill. Freundlich, kompetent und während sämtlicher Behandlungen immer anwesend, was mir eine große mentale Unterstützung war. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team !

I fell for their Instagram advertising and competitive pricing.
I visited Grand Smile twice — in January and May 2025.
Both times they brought me to different clinics. And the further it went, the more I realized I had fallen into a well-oiled money extraction system.
They promised one price, demanded another. Initially quoted 1,800 euros for the first visit and 3,000 for the second (including 24 teeth, accommodation and transfer).
Already on the first visit they started begging for additional payment. In the end they took 2,100 euros — in cash, without a receipt.
The treatment stretched over three visits: on the first they built up bone on top and placed 4 implants below. The second visit was supposed to be free — after all, I had already paid for all implants.
But then the circus with accommodation began. For three days in Turkey they quoted 1,150 euros for accommodation and transfer! I refused, found a hotel on Booking, traveled by regular taxi. Everything cost 230 euros (instead of 1,150 euros).
The final visit went up from 3,000 to 4,300 euros. Allegedly they "forgot to account for multi-screws" and "suddenly needed a bar system for the upper jaw."
Abutments turned into hostages. Already before the second visit I understood that extortion was their second nature.
I demanded abutments — adapters that are included in the implant cost.
According to Medigma documents they come in the kit and I paid for them. But they offered to "buy them back" for 40 euros each and refused to give them until I paid for the crowns. 360 euros for what I had already paid for.
Outright shameless extortion!
Temporary teeth for 150 euros — mockery.
On the first visit they made a temporary upper jaw for 150 euros. Never once could I put it on — wild pain and impossible to speak.
I informed Grand Smile about this. They said to bring it on the second visit for correction. I brought it — they even refused to look at it. Didn't return the money.
Strange math with accommodation.
For the third visit I asked to subtract the hotel and transfer cost from the sum, decided to organize everything myself again. They quoted minus 900 euros for 6 days. So for 3 days they wanted 1,150 euros, but for 6 days they subtract only 900? Some crooked arithmetic.
Playing hide and seek with the name.
Although I contacted Grand Smile, on the first visit they brought me to Via Dental Clinic, on the second visit to Isdenbul Dental Clinic. They explained that these clinics are part of the Grand Smile group.
But there's not a word about these clinics on their website and no reviews of these clinics can be found on the internet.
Why such games? Some kind of fraudulent scheme.
Curious details about their website: registered in France in July 2024, hosting expires in July 2025 (in a few days!).
Why registered in France and not Turkey if it's a Turkish clinic? There are no photos or videos with the clinic name on the website? Why, if this is a real clinic, is the website renewed monthly?
Usually serious companies pay for domains and hosting at least several years in advance.
It seems they simply bought a domain with a nice name and work as intermediaries, using other people's clinics for their percentage, plus their own markups from clients for cash.
Or they rent offices in other clinics or cooperate with them by agreement, while they themselves only handle marketing, negotiations and getting commission from each client.
This explains:

Oddities with estimates and inflated surcharges
Unwillingness to show the real clinic
Attempt to "squeeze" me on abutments, transfers, etc.

Why this is dangerous:

If something goes wrong — you won't be able to file complaints
They can disappear at any moment, change website and domain

If this isn't the case, I'm ready to apologize.
But this is the only logical assumption under the circumstances.
Pushing expensive bar system.
I contacted several other clinics — all confidently said that regular screw fixation would work.
The bar for the upper jaw is just a way for them to rip off more money.
My verdict
They know how to create trust and then manipulate patients for profit. Their position is to put the client in a hopeless situation and extract maximum money.
If honesty and transparency are important to you — look for another clinic!
I definitely do not recommend!
P.S. I'm ready to answer for every word and provide necessary evidence.
Everything stated here I can confirm documentally.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Team! Ich wurde vor der Behandlung sehr gut aufgeklärt. Eine großartige Stütze war der Dolmetscher, der die ganze Zeit dabei ist. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder in die Hände der Ärzte begeben! Ich hatte nach der Behandlung auch überhaupt keine Schmerzen!
