Right from the start till submission of pasport at VFS visa centre, I was guided and walked through the whole process quite professionally and promptly. Ms.Maya deserves special admiration who was very helpful and remained available even after office hours and during weekend.Job well done!

Service was good but too much detailed. But as communicated before application slot booking was taken much longer than they communicated before.
I got the visa but not as they explained by the adviser. As I mentions many details they provided in the beginning was false.

I was helped by Maya mostly and she was responsive, kind and professional. They basically did 99% of the process for me and my visa was granted this week. I did however have times were i didn’t get timely responses and had to follow up but besides that it was a recommendable experience.
