Ordered twice already.

I already ordered twice from them. Great products, cheapest price of Turkish delights especially chocolate baklava. Shipment arrived in timely manner.

The snacks had been eaten before reach…

The snacks had been eaten before reach to the destination! When I opened the out layer box, the tape to hold the inside layer box was torn apart. Once I opened the inside box, all the fruit sticks were cutting from bottoms except the chocolate flavor one. I took a picture to compare with the one my friend brought back to me, it is so obvious someone already enjoyed it before it was shipped out!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry for the confusion this caused. We would like to clarify an important detail about this specific product, as it may explain why the presentation looked unusual.

These boxes are not factory-sealed or pre-packaged items. Each box is prepared fresh by hand after an order is placed. We work with large, whole delight bars that are significantly bigger than the compartments of the gift box. Because of this:

• The bars are cut by hand to match the exact weight of the product you purchased.
• Your box was prepared as 1750 g, so the bars were trimmed in different lengths to reach this total weight.
• If one stick looks longer than the others, this is because our packing team added extra pieces to ensure the weight reached 1750 g or above.
• The outer tape is only used to close the handmade box after packing — it does not indicate that the product was opened or consumed.

Nothing in your box was eaten or used before shipping. It was simply cut and packed manually, as all of these premium assortments are.

My order came in fairly quick! Items that I ordered were really good quality .I love the tea spices! my favorite are the simi Turkish bagel! I will continue to order from this shop!
