Highly recommend this watch retailer. I ordered the watch, paid using PayPal, they sent me pictures and it came within 2 weeks exactly as I expected. The whole process was easy and the watch looks great.
Ordered , they contacted me and supported me with any answers to all my questions, I must of been a customer from hell as I'm a cautious person in general , they were more than helpful ,always replied really quickly, regarding to the watch itself absolutely brilliant timepiece I compared to a genuine I own which I literally can not tell any difference , for me it's about wearing something I love but not as worried about damaging it , losing it or a big thing today is getting it stolen so for me it ticked all the boxes, I work in the construction manufacturing sector so I know how big corporations operate and the likes of bought in parts and "mark-up brand pricing" to me if a clone and genuine are made identical with the same tolerances they may not be made in the same place but all the component's and parts and dimensions are the same then to me it is the same , the machines and equipment to make a watch even close to the original must be staggering and expensive , on the other hand is i love a watch on the engineering and quality and I can now own a watch that replicates my favourites and I can own such masterful watches, and for anyone who may read this I hope it helps and I make sense

Ordered the cartier Santos with swiss movement with box and paper! The process was very smooth and the customer service was excellent, they answered any questions i had thoroughly.
The watch came with the box and papers and the watch itself is immaculate.
Overall i am very happy with my purchase and i will be buying from them in tue future and i highly recommend them!
