My granite transformations etherium worktop, installed in October 2021, developed 6 chips along one edge over a period of around 6 months. I could think of nothing which could have caused this, I asked about a repair, from the Derby office, who were our installers, I was asked to send photos and was told that this "look like chips due to damage, i.e. a pan catching the edge etc. so that's not covered on the warranty." I insisted that this was not the case and submitted a poor review to Trustpilot. At that point the office changed its mind and today the repair has been expertly done by Gary at no charge. After nearly 5 years of use, these worktops look brand new.

Everyone was very professional. The installers, Danny and Cam, did a brilliant job and worked har throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this company.

From start to finish we received first class service. Judith who came initially didn’t push anything was very thorough and knowledgeable and even when I called back as I decided I wanted a new sink she came very quickly at my convenience.
All the way through I was given appropriate updates.Clear information about costs deposit the actual measuring and how long the job would take were given.I was offered a fix date but told if not suitable we could discuss another time to suit me.
The fixers came as expected and were very clean in their work, sweeping and hoovering every day prior to going home.I was able to look and ask questions during this time which were answered fully.
I had a special request because of elderly cats and this was no problem for them.At the end of the 3 days all the rubbish was removed.
I would highly recommend this company and everyone who I came into contact with.

An expensive product but very good and looks great.

The whole process was easy. The installation was prompt and Cam did a lovely job fitting the worktop. The price was also very competitive.

I had my kitchen refitted with new doors, cabinets & shelves over 4.5 years ago. I have loved my new kitchen!
At the time of fitting I had ordinary appliances so I purchased spare doors, handles & plinths ready for when I replaced my appliances with integral versions.
I contacted the company to arrange doors to be fitted to my new integral appliances. The company went above and beyond in providing this additional service even though over 4 years had passed.
A fitter came within a couple of weeks ,and even though the fitting didn't quite go to plan, he stayed until it was right. Thank you so much GT for providing a great product, fitters and your overall customer service is fantastic! I would not hesitate in recommending this company

Due to the configuration of our kitchen it was not practical to simply replace worktops.
The solution was to have overlays fitted
This proved to be a great success

Whilst I have no issue with the workmanship and quality of the materials I do have a tinge of disappointment with the overall experience of the company. Having been through the project requirements to fit new granite worktops and a new sink and having placed an order with Judith. Not long after a tradesperson arrived to make the templates for the work surfaces, no problem. A week later the same tradesperson came to fit the new worktops and did a marvelous job. Next was the sink fitting. On looking at the sink it was immediately clear that it was not the sink which was ordered, it was smaller than the one specified. There was a conversation between the tradesperson and his office and there appeared to be a problem with the supplier sending the incorrect sink. I was left with a problem, with no idea when the correct sink would be sent and fitted. My wife was uncontactable, therefore, not wishing to be left without a kitchen sink, a highly necessary facility, I felt the only option was to accept the smaller sink, which was duly fitted. The company offered a colander for the sink, although it's promised delivery date has come and gone, I await with anticipation. I leave the reader to decide. As mentioned, the workmanship is not in dispute the tradesperson, Garry, did an excellent job. The other area's, around the sink issue, I have to say, were an unexpected disappointment.

So glad we used this company- Very pleased, the fitters took great care in getting it just right, the work tops look really good and nothing was too much trouble - did a great job ! Would recommend
