The young man who came to maintain our faux grass today was brilliant. He was polite and did an excellent job , even taking away a garden sack of our garden rubbish and clearing weeds that were coming through our fence from a neighbours garden.

This company came highly recommended by a friend who had had artificial grass installed last year. I have not been disappointed. The product is fantastic. I have 3 dogs and therefore opted for the pet grass.
The installation process was smooth, with no mess, carried out swiftly and efficiently.
My only grumble was that the final sizing was less than quoted due to the installation of more patio than originally intended and I had to contact the company to agree a reduced final payment, which was swiftly dealt with.
I was contacted by the owner to resolve this and he couldn’t have been more helpful.

Having high standards and being notoriously hard to please! I tip my hat to Jake and his team. Really pleased with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. Nothing was too difficult and left the garden looking 10/10. Summer time ready.

I am appalled not only by the service we have received in the last year and a bit but also the quality of the work they have done.
In short we had a home office done in the garden and there was some digging and soakway done in the garden. We had Grassify in before the works for a quote and once we were done. They saw all the works done and my husband also explained them further.
So they came for a day - of course not the same people who quoted but some others and did the work for the day. All looked ok and professional until few weeks into it where suddenly in few places the ground started to sink and became uneven . We contacted Grassify and they send a tram to fix this for free. The second team who came did tell me that it was not done a great job the first time and that they needed to push it more and etc.
So that held for few more months but here few months ago it all happened again and this time Grassify said this is not their fault ( although they did it the first time and the 2nd team told me it is done not great) as this is the soakway ( which they knew is there when they came to quote and No One told us what could have happened as otherwise we would have waited and not spent £5k for bothing). So yes this is the service you get for spending £5k and the quality of work! It shows that the people who quote are just salesmen and have no idea what the work entitles and then they just send someone to do a work which is the same for everyone without the consideration it can slightly different for different gardens. So that is all and surely they will come to justify themselves as they are business ( let me also say they have put in their email signatures they have 5 star review on TrustPilot considering mine is second one and before overall was showing 3.7 and only one person put 5 star who is probably them so they can put it in the signature). There are other companies out there so go with someone else I would say and still make sure you make them explain you everything in detail.

Grassify is a 5 star+ company it's very rare these days to find a company so dedicated to customer service
Grassify does this and more, from your quotation through to the actual work being carried out it's all first class and the workmanship is quite amazing as well, from a muddy looking mess to a truly wonderful
