I do not cook the bones with marrow , only raw marrow. But you trying to sell bones, the bones have no value for me. You prioritize in your 1.75. lbs weight heavy bones without evaluating the marrows. I have ( may be too too) fun of this.

Very tasty but Next time I may opt to purchase the ones cut in half, just to make it easier to eat.

Packaging was torn a bit upon delivery. The bones were great for bone broth though. The bones were still fresh.

Delicious! My husband didn't like it on its own (I did!), but adding the marrow to our cabbage dish... oh my, heaven.
